Life Alert Emergency Response review: Service

The person named Lance contacted me via phone because I requested more information on their web page. He was very unprofessional and asked me personal questions and only 2 questions about what I was interested in. He asked me where I lived and for how long. Where I grew up, who lived with me in the household, if I had children. I finally hung up because I felt very uncomfortable. The date is 03/26/26 at approx. 1153 am. I think its fine to ask about the layout of the house and if the person has had any medical emergencies. Also, most people do not have the time to chat and want the information they asked for quickly.
