Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming review: Ladbrokes account

Ladbrokes blocked my account and would not let me withdraw my winnings, stating I had to send photo ID and a new email address,
I have stated 6 times I may not be able to get photo ID for many months and can they just withdraw my money and close the account
After I week they stated an attempt had been made to hack my account,
Apart from the fact that they should have under the data protection act legally told me this as soon as it happened so I could take steps to protect my email address, they now want me to provide photo ID to a system they have admitted has already been compromised along with my private data, and are refusing to give me access to my funds until I send some form of photo ID, which I currently do not have, I have agreed to attend one of Ladbrokes betting shops but they refused and also would not accept a utility bill, which I may add the UK HMRC do.
Is there anyone out there who can represent me and sue Ladbroke for breach of the data protection act and refusal to give me access to my own funds
