I am experiencing an ongoing issue with eFootball related to age verification (AgeKey), which is preventing me from accessing the game properly.
I have already completed the age verification process successfully using my KONAMI ID through the mobile version of the game. However, when I try to access the game on other platforms such as PlayStation 5 and PC, the system does not recognize the verification.
The game continues to display a QR code for age verification, which either cannot be scanned properly or does not lead to a working verification page.
I have attempted multiple solutions, including:
* Using different mobile devices
* Updating all systems to the latest versions
* Repeating the verification process several times
I also contacted the official verification provider (k-ID), and they confirmed that:
* The verification was successfully completed
* The issue is not related to their system
* The problem must be resolved by Konami
I have already contacted Konami Support (Inquiry number: 6885087), but the issue remains unresolved.
This problem prevents me from accessing core game features and services, even after completing all required steps.
I request a proper investigation and resolution of this issue.
