KFC Deportation

We were having dinner at the Bodkin Street location in Pittsburgh, PA. The chicken was just ok for me, dawg. We started to have problems when my son began to struggle with his schoolwork. Management got upset and shipped him away to Maryland.

KFC Long delay in delivery

Dear KFC,

Sorry to say...It was a bad experience when I did the online order and the delivery.

Order placed at 8:30 pm, i received the mail saying the delivery will be in one hour i.e., 9:30 pm.

When I crossed the 1 hr waiting time, as the delivery was not done, i had called the given number...I was told that..."the online order reached the stores after sometime..I.e., at 9:17 pm in my case, the one hour delivery time is calculated from 9:17 pm. However, delivery person will call u soon in 5 min, if not you call back.."

Note it, no one called and i had to call 4 times again and again, listened to different persons with same answer.

At last, i got the delivery at around 10:30 pm...(after 2 hours).

By the time, due to the delay caused my family members slept, i had to sit alone with the delivered stuff.

Why..This is happening with KFC..

Where is the lag?

I am totally frustrated with the service, that i had experienced yesterday.

Hello, I went to KFC Modesto, CA on Mchenry ave. I had ordered my daughter 2 chicken sandwiches on Saturday the 5th. They put a whole breast in one sandwich and the other sandwich had a whole chicken thigh, my daughter bit into the sandwich it stabbed her gum. She could of choked on a bone. KFC product

I went to the store D212087 on 1990 N,Nellis blvd las vegas, nv. This was the most horrible food I have ever eaten. My ticket number is #2015 at 4:39pm.

to begin with I asked the cashier if the pot pie was fresh, he said yes it was...well it wasn't. my mother took a bite and it was super cold and dry. second i asked for crispy chicken, it was so crispy it was so over cooked that when i took a bite there was dried chicken inside, there was literaly no meat because it was so overly cooked and it wasn't just 1 piece it was the entire 10 pc bucket, and the next thing is i did not get my 4 cookies and the worse part is that the Bkt lemonade was opened and replaced with water, I was so shocked that when i poured a glass and it was water. no taste of lemonade at all. i spent $41.71 for a dinner my family and i could not EAT. This is the most terrible KFC i have ever gone to. Last week my son stopped by this same location and bought the family feast and never got his bucket of lemonaid and did not get his biscuits and he even ordered an addition 4 biscuits and did not get them either. HORRIBLE PLACE TO ORDER FROM I AM GOING TO POST THIS REVIEW IF I DONT HEAR FROM SOMEONE VIA EMAIL. MY EMAIL IS [protected]@YAHOO.COM

KFC Half a meal

On 05:02.2022 I Ordered 2 meals from just eat with an additional order of large popcorn chicken and sweet chilli bites from your colton Leeds store. When delivered half the popcorn box was flattened and only contained 11 pieces. Opened our zinger box meal and it only had 15 fries. Same service every time we use this restaurant. Beyond poor. KFC KFC order over phone

Placed the order over the phone at 9.08 PM on Friday 04/2/2022 and agent confirmed food will deliver within 45 minutes. When I am writing this complaint time is 10.42 PM more than 1.30 he past and food is not delivered. Called couple of time for the update and the reply was not proper.Later KFC is not answering my calls. Till time I didn’t receive the food and my family and guest is waiting. It is very shame for to made my guest to wait. My number is [protected] . Ruwi Oman.

KFC Delivery and not saying the truth

Today we made an order at 1550 we were informed order should take one hour 15 minutes which we accepted

1 30 minutes later we inquired for the status of delivery and we were told that it left

We tried reaching any manager which we failed because each time the line was disconnected

At 1830 the order reached us

KFC Service/chicken

We were the third person in line when they opened. We ordered one three piece dark, one two piece dark. We received two two piece white meat dinners! When I called to complain I got hung up on. This is not the first time that this has happened, get yourself together you got a great product and you're messing it up. My daughter already started started going across the street to the gas station for their chicken, because of her experience is here. You open late and then give wrong food

Desired outcome: I would love two free meals to replace what we had to eat. This is very disappointing.

They didn't give me a receipt, but I ordered a 4-piece meal combo today — February 1, 2022 — and was charged for it ($11.48 I think) and when I got home there were only 3 pieces of chicken in the box. This was the 3rd or 4th time they made a mistake and also failed to give me a receipt (probably deliberate). I'll be taking my business to Popeyes from now on.

KFC No condiments included

1/29/2022, date. Time: 5 p.m.

Ordered several chicken meals that included biscuits. Got home and found no condiments. Called them to inquire and they said need to ASK for dipping sauce, honey and butter. Used to be honey and butter were automatically included.

Desired outcome: Would like not to have to ask for honey and butter if biscuits are in meal.

KFC Charged for food when KFC employee cancelled

On 1/22 I ordered KFC online for a total of 106.25. When I arrived at the drive through I was told they were not taking orders at that time. I explained I had an online order and was told to cancel it. I could not cancel due to it was already time to pick up. The person was rude, gave no reason for no food. I left without food and need a refund of 106.25.

KFC The quality of a bucket of chicken

My grandsons were visiting & they were wanting chicken. We voted where we'd go, Popeyes was a close second. I really pushed for KFC as I've had good chicken there, always. The town I live in has 4 other chicken franchises & you won that day mainly due to me, the grandmother. When we got home with our bucket of chicken, you couldn't tell which were original, & which were extra crispy. The skin of the chicken was falling off all the pieces, due to the amount of grease at The bottom of the bucket. The taste was off as well as the greasy chicken. I'm mainly telling you this as you have ALOT of competition in this town. I will try you again at some point & if it occurs again, you will lose a loyal customer. Sincerely, Lucy Pate. KFC Disgusting service

Last night the 14 January 2022, my Husband and I decided to order KFC it was a simple KFC remis Zinger Wings, and a Twister. We waited over an hour to get our order, eventually when we received it the food was stone cold, half of the contents were missing. When we questioned the staff they just rolled their eyes balls and asked us what they would like us to do about it. We left as we were not going to wait for another hour for them just to warm up our food.

If KFC wants to employee people that don't care they might as well close the branch, as we will never order from there again

KFC Service

I order online to collect drive thru, in wakrah branch (Rayybeautyaty saloon)
The lady at that time did not give my order and spoke horrible to me, and she order me to come to collect it inside the shop. I was not able to walk I requested her, she doesn't know how to handle or behave in the situation.
Very sad moments in my life

I went to KFC in Newcastle Okla on 01/12/2022, I ordered a 12 pc bucket of chicken, with 3 sides, could not get biscuits because they were having a problem with their oven. It seems like they always have an issue with something everytime I go. Havent been able to get biscuits on several occasions. Didnt even really enjoy the meal due to it being overcooked. For the cost of it which was $37, it wasnt worth it.

KFC Product and Customer service

Today Tuesday January 11 2022 at about 5:45pm, I went to the KFC / Taco Bell on Naamans rd in Claymont, Delaware 19703. I ordered the food on line and pictures are attached. There was No taco bell food available and very little KFC food available. There was a hair in my food, The biscuits were stale sesame rolls. The chicken sandwich was dry when it was supposed to be a spicy sandwich with lettuce, there were only 8 of the 10 pieces in the bucket. It was supposed to be half xtra crispy half regular coating. There was NO diet soda, No flavors besides regular pepsi. No Cole slaw, No mac n cheese, no napkins or straws...The 2 piece dark meat meal was a sad site to behold...no biscuit, 1 small mashed potato with no gravy and 2 Wings...This whole experience was horrible from the Customer service to the table at home meal.

Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru, to which we were told at the speaker, to order at the window. All this waiting for nothing. All we wanted was an 8 pc. bucket of crispy fried chicken. Is that too much to ask? Apparently so, as we were informed after waiting all that time in line, that they only had dark meat if we wanted crispy. Seriously???? We left...
