Customer service - I had a booked a flight for 3 family members. Â I have a sick family member, and we are trying to go on Sunday, 5/18/25. Due to a real ID issue with my brother's ID, could not travel. Â I reached out for help. Â Â In addition to the $100 cancellation fee, customer service told me to avoid the $25.00 service fee I could cancel my brother's reservation on-line. Â It was noted that the Employee #87471 told me about splitting the reservation to only cancel 1 of 2 people on the reservation, but this was not the case. Â I cancelled both reservations. Â I just want to note that this was very poor customer service. Â I understand that Delta is helping their customers with this difficult time. Â Not only did they not help, but I have incurred a great deal of expense. Â Please consider reviewing my complaint. Â In addition to the $42.00 charge that I paid for insurance (which will also not help). Â I am in need to rebook a flight at 4 times the cost. Â My sister is a Mosaic member and will also not be traveling or renewing with Jet Blue.
Desired outcome: Rebook flight at 4 times the original cost and would like assistance to waive the cancellation fees.
