I bought two items that were on promotion on 10/03/2026. Today on 11/04/2026. I wanted to exchange 1 item as it is a small size. This was denied by the store; they cite 30 days has exceeded. A day later? and such a big outlet cannot make one day exception for unused items for their customers? I was told to return on Monday, I explained to the gentleman that I won't be available on Monday. I had to go buy something else. I now need my Refund on the one item I need to size exchange. You need to teach your people some customer service
