Jet Blue has disrupted our well-planned European trip four times already. We paid for Mint service (long flights across the pond) including all domestic connections. Here is a summary of their treatment of us:

- They stole Mint back from us on multiple legs (no compensation).
- The most recent change forces us to fly five hours earlier to our international connection ... making our layover time over eight hours).
- In past changes they have moved our arrival time in Europe so much that existing arrangements had to be modified.
- We also lost preferred routing along the way.
- EVERY call to Jet Blue I met with the same, "well, these things happen" attitude. They attempt to make you feel as though you are being unreasonable.

We are left to just accept it or completely reset our entire trip with just weeks before departure. Of course, if we had known at the first change that it was just one of many to come ...

Recommendation: Do NOT count on Jet Blue for any important trip, nor should you build an expensive vacation depending on them.
