Jackson Hewitt review: Wrong filing

My husband and i have been using your company for many years in Scranton Pennsylvania where we lived. We moved to Saint Joseph MO. My husband receives per capita checks from his American Indian tribe. At tax time we receive the form to file with our taxes. When we filed this year we found out that our per capita checks have been placed in the wrong space and including the wrong amount. I would like an investigation into this matter. I will have to report this to the IRS and seek legal action if i don't hear back from your company in a timely manner.
