I've been going there for years on Wednesday and Friday Nights after my club meetings. A few months ago they raised the point levels with no notice so I lost out there. The next time I went on the APP to order all my points were gone. I tried to remedy this online but that's impossible. So I go to my regular store on Reid Road in Pearland and talked to the owner. He looked at my history of orders proving that I have accumulated points. He said he could not help. Thanks for the RIP-OFF, NEVER going to Jack in the crack again, I'm going to miss there Ultimate Cheeseburger.

Recommendation: Don't waste you time with the APP, go elseware.
