In the past I have not had much satisfaction since my first visit which was with Greg. I have had many treatments and was about to cancel my service with Insight...that was until Greg showed up to my house for another treatment. I was told at one point he did not work for the company by customer service but in fact he was promoted. Glad your back Greg, i will now continue with my services as long as Greg is in charge of it... he does and did an incredible job and I couldn't be more satisfied.
