Horrible customer service that like most of these third party booking operations use sweatshops in India and East Asia. You can probably get a booking at 30% more than more reliable competitors like Expedia but if you need to cancel the “Free” cancellation it advertises it tries to charge a fraudulent “service fee” anyway. Use any other service.
