On March 23 I ordered an Eric Clapton T-Shirt from this company for my wife. on March 31 she no longer wanted it and I wrote to the company according to the instructions on their website at https://store.ericclapton.com/policies/refund-policy
By April 7 I hadn't received any reply and wrote them again, indicating that it was the second request for a refund. This is April 9 and I have yet to hear from them.
