The drivers are rude, and misbeliever often. The guaranteed on time is a joke. They will only give you $5.00 credit a certain number of times, and then they said you've been given credit too many times, and they will not further help you. The drivers are the worse. Talking to Customer Service is like talking to a foreign bot. They are nasty, too, and will disconnect you.

I give this company two more years and they will be out of business. DD is much better, I use them exclusively and have said goodbye to Grub Hub. You should do the same.

Recommendation: Do not use Grub Hub. It is a ripoff.
