I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the installation service for my Globe Prepaid connection and the failure to process my refund despite repeated follow-ups.
I subscribed to a Globe Prepaid service expecting timely installation as promised. However, the installation was either significantly delayed or not completed at all, causing inconvenience and disruption on my end. Because of this issue, I requested a refund for the amount I had already paid.
Unfortunately, until now, the refund has not been returned to me, despite multiple attempts to follow up through your customer service channels. This delay has caused unnecessary frustration and financial inconvenience.
