I bought a container of Gillette shaving foam and it exploded. The explosion completely ruined my bathroom and cost me thousands of dollars in repairs. The representative of Gillette who was handling my case very politely told me to go to hell. Fortunately I made pictures of the damage it caused to my home. The only lucky thing is that nobody of my family was in the bathroom at the time of the explosion. Pieces of glass from the mirror and metal went straight through the door and the ceiling so you can imagine the force of the explosion, it was like a virtual bomb. The fact that they don't even have the decency to apologize for this really is beyond me.

This is to bring into your kind notice that GILLETTE was an excellent brand but may be after Procter & Gamble merger in them, what came into my notice that they have started selling rejected and products of seconds quality to all over India and where the so called PRODUCT LIABILITY LAW exist which governs the liability of manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and vendors for injury to a person or property caused by dangerous or defective products. The goal of product liability laws is to help protect consumers from dangerous or defective products, while holding manufacturers, distributors, and retailers responsible for putting into the market place products that they knew or should have known were dangerous or defective and this comes under ACT (The Consumer Protection Act, 1986) and The Sales of Goods Act, 1930 The best cream is going into international markets, I used Gillette for the first time when I was in class 10th in school, started with disposable razor the sensor excel and now MACH3 Nitro(GREEN with battery purchased from middle east) and this is the first time after 14 years that my brand new set of 4cartridges which I took in INDIA came with manufacturing defect from VIVA medical center in Model town 3 main market Delhi 110009, These chemists offer discounts on membership cards by giving points in return which can be redeemed in future for next purchase and maybe this is one of the reason that Gillette is selling their rejected products to these medical stores on cheaper rates. The product I too is GILLETTE MACH 3 TORBO SENSITIVE 4 CARTIDGES razor pack. The make is like first we have rubber grit then 3 blades in line and then the ALOEVERA strip but the problem is that the first line of RUBBER grip is missing half and which can make the razor slip and in return giving a cut on the cheek which can damage someone’s face forever or not a proper shave as there is no grip on the skin before the blades reaches the hair. Kindly rectify this asap as may be this is due to machinery fault or negligence from the quality check officer or strict legal action can be taken on this point.The details of my 4 cartridge pack is as below.

Have to agree that Gillette USED to be the best in the world. But that was many years ago and the cartridge's have lacked the old quality for many years now. Maybe I will switch to electric in the future, again.
I had bought 2 vector 3 blades from a nearby super market but it never cuts my beard. I was very disappointed and want to know what to do with this blade. i believe the price of mach3 blades and newer blades have reached the tipping point. i saw 8 blades for 29.99! i love your blades, since the first time I used a mach3 blade I was amazed! no cuts, and I can use each blade about 2-5 times, longer if necessary. however soon I will be tempted to buy an electric shaver because of the EXPENSIVE blades. your loyal customer, dave burton
I have been using Gillette Vector for a quite long time however recently I found three defective blades in the packet of 6. PKD: 03/16 (L) [protected] B.
I have been using Mach 3 for a long time but recently I Bought a new pack but after fitting in the razor the blade slides in a position that it is not in a position to shave. Thinking that the faulty blade may be a freak case I used another new blade but it had the same problem. It does not stay in its position and slides into a position where from one can't shave.
talk about what happened I have been using the mach 3 razor with matching blades since they came out. I opened a new pack and had to throw the whole pack out. they were so dull all I ended up doing was cutting my face. gee haven't done that in 20 years. after all these years I am really disappointed in what was a really fine product the only up side the dr. recently took me off my blood thinners or I would have bled out.
This was a brand new bottle and I used it maybe 3 or 4 times. But now the dispenser doesn't work and it's still full! It was a 2 pack and the 2nd one works fine.

I usually get six shaves to one of your proglide blades, however the last package of eight blades I purchased I am only getting one shave. their fusion blades last approximately one week instead of six months
Gillette states that their fusion blades last approximately six months but when I use each blade according to your television commercials recommendation, when the strip turns white it is time for a new blade which is about a week if I am lucky. Now how can the blades last six months according to the advertisement on the pack they come in when each blade last only a week and there are eight blades in each pack? According to even grade school arithmetic one times eight equals eight in which is the number of weeks your blades seem to last and not three weeks per blade which is the number of weeks that is being claimed by your pack advertisement. This number is obtain by the number of blades per pack divided by the number of months on the pack ( 8 BLADES DIVIDED BY 6 MONTHS) I also kept account of how long I used each blade. I am also going to submit a copy of this to the FTC and see if they are interested in this...
Im sorry but i must have thicker wiskers than everyone else but shaving with a fusion is like shaving with a brick i get cut up something fierce id have to say its the worst shave ive ever had it feels just like dry shaving !
I bought the startup kit with 4 extra blades and loved it. i went at least 9 months with the original 5 blades. 4 because i dropped the razor and broke one. HOWEVER the 18 pak at cosco is NOT the same quality. I shave every other day and have to change blades much more often.
my husband isnt happy with the your razor, fusion proglide, in the 3 weeks he as had it he as got through 2 full packets of blades, also it dont look as if he as had a shave 5 mins after doing so.
lately the razors became terrible
Gillette, I have used your products for over 55years & have usually been satisfied. However lately the razors I have been buying are terrible, I used to get 7 to 10 shaves from one cartridge now I get 3. It seems that you are either using softer steel or the ones I have been buying at sams club are seconds.I am talking about the mach 3 package with 20 cartridges in it. Needless to say I am now going to change to another brand when this package is used up which wii be very shortly. By the way I do not have a heavy beard & I always use a hot washcloth to soak my beard before I shave.
I bought a sensor excel of 5 blade, unfortunately its was only 4 pcs inside, its my second time been cheated

After ordering a pack of spare blades for my Gillette Mach 3 Razor, I waited for about a week for any sign of them, and this was a card from Royal Mail stating I had to pay for a small package as the sender had not paid enough postage, although they said it would be free.
After changing the blade for a new one, I tried it. Big mistake. I was left with nicks on my face as the blade was just not of a good quality. I went back to the older blade, which was sharper than the new one.
I have tried phoning them but the number does not seem to exist. Nor have they returned my e mail.
Do not use this company.

I ordered 20 Gillette Mach3 Replacement Blades on 1st September and paid by Bank of Scotland Visa /Debit card.
My order number was 4031 and £15.95 was debited from my account.
I have not received the goods and have had no reply to any of 4 e-mails which I sent to them.
Their site was closed when I tried to access it. How do I get recompensed for this despicable fraud.

Something needs to be done in getting product in a timely fashion. This Wal*Mart location has the razor refills locked up and it has taken me no less than 20 minutes on three different locations since the first of the year to wait for customer service to get the launch codes released and someone over with a key. I have had less trouble qualifying for a concealed weapon permit than i have had in trying to purchase $20 razor refills at this location.
Suggestion: place the razor refills next to a cashier since it is required that you immediately purchase them once the customer service rep gives you the package. this will make provide ease for paying customers while maintaining the approriate security for those who steal them.
Bought a Cartridge that clearly says fits all Gillette Razors . I was fooled by it . Got home and they did not fit . That is consumer misleading marketing and information. I’m really annoyed as I read the info on the packet because I know that could be an issue .
Bought at Carmel during a Trip on May 31st , 9 am , at Market District .
I was recently shaving with a Fusion razor blade (about my fifth shave with this blade) when the lubricating strip just fell off, making shaving difficult. The number on the blade is 3176S BE0338. I expect to get more than five shaves out of these blades. Purchased at Walmart in November, cost approximately $19.00.
I bought Mach 3 razors says one razor good for 3 shaves wasn't even good for one shave very disappointed in that product spent 19 dollars for nothing.
I purchased this from Waitrose Sunningdale . I worked well on a couple of occasions . Since then nothing comes out no matter how I squeeze the top . It is still full but I can’t get it to work.

When it did work it was very good
A section of the blue plastic bottom of my deodorant cracked and broke off. I’ve use this product for years and I’ve never had a problem. I did not abuse the packaging. Because of this, the product gushes out the top because the bottom piece moves up where it is broken.
I have a very sensitive nose and certain aftershaves and perfumes cause me great distress.The new smell is so overpowering and horrendous that I can no longer support the product. If you go back to the old scent, I’ll come back as a consumer. Best of luck on your new product.

My can does not spray out the shave cream
The gillette 5 blades replacement, not the blades that come with the handle aren't as good as quality. I can get 5 to 6 shaves with the blades that came either the handle, the replacement blades I bought look exactly the same but 2 to 3 shaves! What gives... Been using your products for 40 years...
I just tried the above mentioned blade and is not as good as the old Sensor blades. It doesn’t shave as close and leaves to many whiskers compared to the old blade.
Same thing happened to us!
