We are in need of closing our account and having our bin picked up. I reached out with this request on 4/9/2026 with them promising a rep will call me within 48 hours. Today is 4/27/2026 and I have yet to receive a call. I have called multiple times requesting a call back from our rep. Second complaint is that our trash bin has been locked for over a year because we do not occupy the building and we have been charged for pick up for over a year that they have not done. They are unable to get to our trash bin. We ask for resolution as soon as possible.
Claimed loss: Charged for trash pick up that never happened because we do not occupy the building and our trash bin is locked and inaccessible to them.Also, we are in need of closing our account and having our bin picked up.
Desired outcome: Refund for charges of trash pick up that never happened and to close our account and have the trash bin picked up.
