Last July when my stove was still under warranty, I contacted Frigidaire to file a claim. They contacted our local repair company Factory Warranty Services and scheduled my repair. Ron, from Factory Warranty Services scheduled a time to come and showed up 2 hours prior to the time he told me, which was 6:45 am (he told me between 9 and noon),and he scratched my floor while attempting to repair the stove. He was unable to do the repair and he said he would reach out when he got the other part ordered and received. He gave me the runaround after that and told me the part he needed to repair my stove was discontinued and I needed to contact Frigidaire to get it ordered. From then on I have spoken with numerous representatives at Frigidaire as well as Ron from Factory Warranty Services and I still do not have a stove that works. They keep telling me that my stove is no longer under warranty and they want me to pay for the parts and for the repairs that need done.
Claimed loss: $2000
Desired outcome: I would like a stove that works. Either repair this one or replace my stove.
