First Chicago Insurance review: Their insurer was clearly at fault and they denied our claims even when injured

Date of Loss 10/07/2025. When you file a claim and their insurer is at fault they will give you the run around after they come an inspect the damage, they have you send everything to them and claim they cannot get in contact with their insurer and then will escalate it after about 4months. 5th month after the escalation, they finally got a hold of their insurer and claims they got all the police report and the insurer contested it and they find their insurer is not at fault. When you have to deal with this company get a lawyer in the beginning. Its been 6 month and all we got was a letter denying all the claims and I was injured and went to the hospital my car was damaged with a rear ended hit by their insurer. Let the lawyers deal with it and make this company responsible. They will do anything in their power not to be responsible when they are at fault! We will get a Lawyer Jasmin.
