A door tag was left on my front door yesterday, March 16, 2016, indicating that an attempt was made to deliver a package. The door tag had the wrong date on it (2/16/16), and had no information about future delivery attempts. I took a day off work to wait for the FedEx delivery that had been scheduled for today. But no one came. And no paper was left on my door or in my mailbox saying that FedEx had attempted to make the delivery as agreed.
Four calls to customer service later I learned the FedEx driver made an error and attempted to deliver my parcel to the wrong address.
FedEx, how difficult is it to read an address? Are your drivers illiterate or just incompetent?
The worst though is that they couldn't care less and won't make it right. I asked them to deliver my package to their downtown location but they flatly refused.
Now my package will be returned to the sender because of THEIR error.
It's impossible to escalate the issue with them. They simply repeat the same tired lines and won't help you.
Go with UPS instead. Their drivers can read.

Should change name to Fed Excuse, consistently leave shipments in Memphis for no other reason than their arrogant incompetence. This is a consistent problem of sloppy performance which leads to bad attitude with their employees who spend much of their time making excuse and listening to complaints. It is nearly impossible to get any kind of reaction from them other than "thank you for choosing FedEX. UPS, while far from perfect is so much better than FedEX its not even funny. If Fedex looks back they will see the USPS gaining on them.

The driver literally threw the box at our inside garage door- my husband was in the garage in the corner in his workshop the guy didn't see him there- but the complaint it was directly in front of the open doorway that when I came out not seeing the box on floor I stepped on it twisted my ankle thus twisting my whole leg - I just had a total hip replacement...

My package was shipped from Canada two weeks ago and I received nothing yet. Yesterday received a message from FedEx stating that due to local weather delay they could not deliver my order on time. Absolutely ridiculous! I tracked my package and I know that it already arrived. Lazy clowns, cannot even deliver it to my house! And I'm totally disgusted they tried to fool me! This postal service is not trustworthy! Avoid!

January 4 2016 Fed Ex box truck incorrectly delivered my package to pole barn not my house. My house sits near the pole barn. House is obviously taken care of and lived in. Car in driveway, etc. Pole barn sits off by itself, is hard to get to, grass grown up. Why driver delivered to pole barn and not house is beyond me. Other delivery services have no problem choosing the house as delivery point. If neighbor had not seen Fed Ex box truck in front of pole barn I would never have known package was sitting outside door. Please inform driver of correct location!
I have been waiting over three weeks for a delivery
I have used FedEx Chat. called their 800number that I stayed on hold for 15 min, then was told that they don't know where package is...they notified USPS that the package was coming but it was never received by USPS. How in the world is a customer supposed to get a delivery that has already been paid for and needed by a certain date. They sent the package from PA to GA and I live in PA. Somehow it got lost between GA and PA on the way back.

FedEx/Kinkos member entered wrong zip code on package. Address correction was made and I was assured package would be routed via express so it would arrive next day do to FedEx mistake. Package was not delivered as FedEx promised and will now arrive 5 days from date promised. Total delivery time of 7 days for a package originally scheduled to ship a total of 300 miles. I understand problems happen however 2 of last 3 shipments have been miss directed. Also FedEx Express has missed 3 pickups in the last 2 weeks. These were scheduled pickups that had conformation numbers. What is going on? Are you becoming the new USPS?

Two large packages were delivered today left sitting in middle of the driveway near the street. There was no knock on the door or ringing of the doorbell. Just set there and the driver left. Luckily there was someone home at the time which he had no idea because no vehicles was visible due to garage. Value was 0ver $700. They need to at least knock on door and if know answer notify customer that package is at residence. No wonder so many packages get stolen.

why have I been waiting 2 weeks for packages that shipped from ny to connecticut? they have been in connecticut for the past week
This company is horrible. I actually work in shipping and receiving and I use FedEx as little as possible - between botched shipments, lost shipments and exporting errors. I think going forward if i order online i will not use the free shipping option from vendors if deliveries will take this long. This is the holiday season, ups is on point working over time delivering on time and a lot of times early. I am beyond annoyed. I hope i'll at least get my packages before christmas.

So my complaint may sound psychotic or paranoid, but I have noticed that most of your fedex employees decided to follow my whereabouts, or stop in front of my house to pretend they are dropping off a package but never seem to exit the truck or van. It's really quite unnerving and unbelievable but I'm certain it happens and would like it to stop.

To whom it may concern; My name is Mike Abeyta I have been corresponding with Mr. Johnson Udoh from FedEx. Employee number - FedEx098763. I sent Mr. Udoh a fee payment for delivery of an ATM card. His office representative picked up the payment and now Mr. Johnson refuses to send the ATM card. His reason for not sending the card is Mr.Udoh said that Michael his representative was shot by robbers and stole the money. He claims that he never received the money and wants me to resend the fee. I responded to him with proof that Michael did pick up the money and that I did pay the fee. Mr. Udoh also agreed to pay the fee if I did not receive the ATM card and if for any other reason the transaction did not go through he would pay me back. Mr. Udoh has refused to keep our agreement. Yesterday I called (and spoke in person to the delivery guy as well) Rangel Expresso to schedule a FEDEX pick up. No one showed up the entire day and had NO CLASS to call me and warn me that I can leave my home as they won't be picking up the envelope today. No, they kept me prisoner in my own house for the entire day and nothing. Rescheduled for tomorrow without apologies. This is not the first time they screw up. I hope FEDEX fires Rangel Expresso as their partners and hires a decent company who treats customer's time with respect. Ontem eu liguei (e falou pessoalmente com o cara de entrega também) Rangel Expresso de marcar uma FEDEX pegar. Ninguém mostrou-se o dia inteiro e não tinha CLASS para me chamar e me avisar que eu posso deixar a minha casa, pois não vai ser pegar o envelope hoje. Ordered coffee. The fedex facility in Sewickley pa received it on Friday 11/13/15. On Saturday the 14th, they say they tried to deliver and business was closed and gave a door ticket number, that we never received on returning to work on Monday. On Monday, the drivers excuse was the address was incorrect. On Tuesday the excuse was the same. Address unknow. 1. This is a business on the main street. 2. We have a fedex account with a fedex box in front of the building. 3. If he was here Saturday, why couldn't he find us on Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday the same excused was used. I also spoke with a representative on the phone several times. I gave her directions and my phone number. Thursday, the excuse was business was closed at 4:27. Well, we are open until 5? I called again. Im waiting on today's excuse. We have never had any problems with regular fedex. The home delivery service is a horrible thing. This is the 3rd time i have had problems with then, not only here but at home. They left a perishable package and it sat all weekend.

I waited from 8 am to 3 pm. I called. It was scheduled. I told them to call me before they came. Nothing. At 6 pm I called. They said the driver had reported that noone was at the address. I was here, never left. noone called. the driver is a total liar and wanted to go home early. then they said to reschedule for tomorrow--same thing wait from 8 am -8 pm wait for the lieing driver! fix your company. fied ex who is going to give me my day back.
delivery of my package
Delivery was to be a certain day by 8pm. It left the Hewitt Texas FedEx before 9am but at almost 10pm it said the package was "rescheduled based on your shipment instructions for the carrier." This was not true. No contact was made with any carrier. (From Hewitt to my address it is between 45 mins and one hour) The next day around 5-6pm, the package was found at the OPEN gate at the end of my drive which is right off Highway 144. Most FedEx drivers bring packages to the house which is not far from the gate. In the past, we have had containers with Omaha steaks left at the gate in the summer. The container has big postings saying "keep frozen", "perishable". Since we were having no problem, of late, till now, we were sure the former delivery man had retired but we now believe he must be back on this route. Lucky the dogs did not tear into the box. It was almost $50. worth of food.
