FedEx delivery

I have been waiting for a refund check from my bank for three weeks. Despite the sender making an error on the shipping address (missing 1 number in the mailing address, but street name was correct) I am completely appalled at the fact the Fedex driver delivered to the wrong address (completely different street) and obtained a signature of someone not even listed on the package. Sadly, my package was delivered to a business and signed by someone not even listed in the delivery address.

Upon calling Fedex I was told to wait 2 hours for a call back regarding status. In 2 hours the business could potentially be closed (5:30pm), but two separate customer service agents didn't seem to really care regardless that it was delivered maybe 15-20 minutes prior. Fortunately I'm a little more resourceful than the employees at Fedex. Upon arriving at the address package was supposedly delivered to, was told by an employee he remembered receiving and signing for the package, but the store manager would not be back for another week and TOOK THE PACKAGE WITH HIM! Whaaaaat! I would think that if there is no such address as to what was listed on the package Fedex would be smart enough to return to sender versus delivering to any Joe Bob at a close enough address.

An employee at the business also advised they receive packages frequently delivered to the wrong address. Hmmmm, maybe some additional training and quite possibly hiring employees that can potentially do a good job is too much to ask.

This isn't the first mistake from Fedex deliveries to my address. I cringe each and every time I see anything is going to be delivered by Fedex and would always rather wait a few days more for my order to arrive, delivered by a carrier that actually delivers to my front door, not the middle of my driveway marking the package as delivered at "front door."

I am not a huge fan nor with I ever be. With that being said you can guarantee I will speak my mind to anyone who mentions Fedex especially now that I've had to place a stop payment on the check and hopefully wait for it to be issued in a reasonable amount of time.

FedEx missing order

I didn't receive my order with express delivery. Their website says it has been shipped, but the delivery address is completely different! And that's not all. Someone signed for my order and took it away. How is this possible that you could give my order to someone else without checking his/her name? Why would actually someone take another person's stuff? Doesn't it look like stealing?

FedEx delivery

edEx just lost my trust. On the 15th of August 2017 I was awaiting a package delivery through FedEx. I was suppose to go out later that day after my delivery but ended up staying in all day sitting at my window waiting for my package. Usually my FedEx packages arrive before noon. When noon came and went I called the FedEx company at 12:38pm. They assured me my package was on a truck and should be delivered before 8pm. At 2:40 pm, I called the company again and they gave me the same assurance. By the time 7:05pm rolled around I made yet another call and this time they stated a delivery attempt had been made at past 6pm. This is obviously a lie as I sat at the window facing the main entrance door of my apartment complex all day. Furthermore there was no FedEx note at the front door entrance proving they had indeed made an attempt. To add insult to injury, I had earlier in the morning pasted my phone number on the front door entrance. The driver did not make a delivery effort much less call me and simply lied to cover his/her mediocre. I was highly offended by this as my whole day had been wasted. The people I spoke with the first of which gave his name as Frank and then later transferred my call to a Mr John after I asked to speak with a Supervisor were both unhelpful. Even through I stated more than 15 times that I will not be home the next day, Mr John kept stating a reattempt will be made the next day. I might as well have been talking to a wall. FedEx claimed they will deliver my package before 8:00pm that day but by 7:35pm, Mr John stated after contacting the local station that the Driver had not only returned, but gone home for the night. This has completely made me loose trust in FedEx and the complete lack of help from their customer service representative does not speak well for the company.

FedEx useless service

I have a small business and get several parcels through them. And I don't remember when I didn't have problems with FedEx. For example, they can deliver a package to a different place. Sometimes they just miss parcels and can't find it. I call them hoping to solve the problem, but get no help and don't want to take responsibility for their terrible work. So I often have to ask the sender to send again if it's possible.
I get calls from them about delivered items but it's never true and I had to go there and receive them.
I think I am done with them. Too tired of their useless service.

FedEx shipping and delivery

I had some custom made signs made in Michigan, I live in Texas. I paid for three day shipping as the package shipped out on Monday and was to arrive on Thursday. So I entered tracking number to track the package and the information that was listed was a Friday by end of day delivery. I checked on progress of that delivery throughout the day as I was planning to receive the package and head out of town. I waited and waited and it was getting late and I decided about 8:00 pm to check the tracking again. I was surprised to see that the now the delivery was pending and there was no delivery date that could be updated at this time. Doesn't Fed Ex have a responsibility to keep there appointments as I do in my business . My time is important as well and I plan my days according to schedule. I know that I paid for 3 day shipping but I didn't receive that service. When I called customer service I was told that I could drive to pick up the package the next day but she wasn't sure that it would be available for pick up. She did say that she was very sorry, but it was never loaded on the delivery truck for today's delivery because they forgot to load it.. But the tracking was never corrected until late Friday night. This is the second time that this has happened to me with Fed Ex. The first time I shipped product over night to L.A. and then got on a plane to fly to L.A to receive the product and the package didn't make it and it was never loaded to ship out. That over night shipping charge was $450.00 My experience with Fed Ex has been terrible.
Today's date is Friday August 4th. The package was shipped out Monday August 1st. Please refund my shipping charges for this tracking number #[protected]
Also, I need my package delivered!

FedEx failed delivery

Ordered medical shipment from Arriva Medical. Asked for tracking number and was provided one for FedEx. Signed up for notifications and FedEx began sending out emails on 7/20 stating scheduled for delivery on 7/26. Continued with notifications for that date. On 7/25, received notification that shipment would be delivered tomorrow (7/26). Delivery did not arrive. When I contacted FedEx they THEN said that even though they had that delivery date, that they can't promise any dates and that they then hand it over to the USPS for actual delivery? That is NOWHERE on their emails to me. It is just a way to not be accountable for anything. Not only that, but I was then told I had to call another department to complain who was NOT open at that time. The "customer advocates" I spoke with only knew how to read their script. They were rude and unhelpful.

FedEx unethical behavior

July 14, 2017, I was shipping a Jacket to a friend in Scotland. I went to my nearest FEDEX drop-off/ Shipping at; 12 Artisan Court, Gilford N.H. 03249 at around 3:pm . I was greeted by this Lady who obviously was not liking her employment at FEDEX ? The first thing she asked Me was why I'm not shipping with the U.S. Postal Service and how they are so much cheaper. I do not appreciate her attitude at all, I was always lead to believe FEDEX was professional Company who took extra good care of their employees and in turn whey would take good care of the Customer, I will not going back to that location again... I ship a lot to Europe and I usually used UPS and thought of trying FEDEX ? Perhaps FEDEX should choose happier employees to greet their customers and keep the unhappy employees in the back rooms or even unemployed ?

FedEx smartpost delivery

I sent a package on the 3rd. It arrived in Orlando quickly and has been sitting there.
I am an ebay seller, my customer is very upset as this package happens to be her dress for her brothers wedding !
I have been given misinformation every time I call. Each time, I am told a different delivery date. This package has still not been turned over to the local post office, in nearby Kissimee.
My customer service experience has been a nightmare. Apparently helping the customer is a thing of the past?
I am told Fed Ex does not guarantee the 7-9 days its telling its customers.
Even so, this package is WAY late, it moved through the holiday so dont try and use that as an excuse. There simply is not one.
I don't care what the policy is, you need to make an exception, retrieve this package BEFORE it leaves your Orlando facility and have an employee drive it to Kissimee. I am contacting corporate. I am relentless, I will NOT go away so I suggest you escalate this issue to the necessary person to actually handle the job.
Customer Service, is Priority One. Period.

FedEx reckless driver

On Thursday June 29th the driver in the truck driven in the photo below made a delivery at the Philadelphia Zoo around 1:30. I was parked in front of Gate H when the driver whipped fastly partially in the parking space in front of me and backed up in an accelerated speed I had to lean on my horn to try to get his attention. Zoo personnel saw this and came out to get his attention. Now there were young workers exiting the building and there could of easily been an accident. The driver made no apology or eye contact to me. I find this alarming and an accident waiting to happen

FedEx package

Hi,
I must receive a package sent from India to 12 Cedar Drive, Scarborough, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Post Code M1J 3E8. The fedex Shipment No:[protected]. I was at home from 3:30PM June 15th 2017, did not receive any call or knocking at my door and the tracking shows WRONG STATUS AS DELIVERY ATTEMPTED on the same day at 4:24PM, AND THATS A BIG LIE. My family paid almost CAD$200 to send this package. Right now the package is at Penguin Pick Up centre 1900 Eglinton Avenue east, Scarborough and I have been asked to pick up the package by myself. But I want that package to be delivered by today at the recipient address before 3:00PM 16th June 2017. IF I DONT GET MY PACKAGE BY TODAY I WONT EVEN THINK OF USING FEDEX ANYMORE IN FUTURE.

FedEx failed delivery

I've been waiting for my package and I tracked it so yesterday it said that it was delivered but no one home... But I was home all day then it said it was going to be delivered today and it said the same thing I been home all week. So the driver lied twice there need to be a better system in place when situations like this come up it's not fair for the customer who's waiting on stuff...

FedEx serious complaint about damages

One of your delivery drivers just backed up into my slopped driveway and parked damaging it. He also dropped off a damaged mattress, second time in two weeks now. I have pictures and video of him damaging packages and my driveway. I called and filed a local complaint. The guy that called a few hours later seemed unapologetic and only concerned about my pictures and videos. I'm going to contact the company that sent the mattress for a refund and look into a lawyer for my damages.

FedEx fedex driver behavior - left truck blocking street. june 9, 2017

On Fri. 6/9/17 at approximately 9:20 a.m. on 4th Street in Santa Monica, CA, 90405, a FedEx driver left his large truck in the street which blocked a Santa Monica City Bus (Big Blue Bus) and eventually several cars behind him. this street is a two-lane street divided by a meridian, so there was no passing possible except by a small car, but the bus was the first in line.
I failed to get the license plate. I took down the GO FedEx number only to reach an automated response wanting to know my age category and that I qualified for something. I hung up and sought this forum.The bus driver honked his horn for about 5-10 min.

When the driver finally returned I raised my voice to tell him that it was completely unacceptable, he gave no acknowledgement, lept into his truck and sped away.

FedEx fedex ground delivery driver

Travelling I 76 west through the Alleghany mountains on May 28, 2017 at approx 11:30 AM. A fedex tandum trailer began to tailgate us through the tunnel. At the end of the tunnel when we could - we changed lanes. He then began to tailgate the truck in front of him. See photo. This driver is a very dangerous driver and should be talked to. A driver such as this represents your company - FEDEX- in a very poor inprofessional way. Get him off the road before he causes some harm

FedEx shipping

fedex damaged my $2500 custom built guitar yesterday i waited 2 months to get it built and you damage it its a one off custom build irreplaceable guitar case is ruined guitar has bent parts and i have no idea if the neck is ruined or anything else the glue joints frets the temperament intonation the set up truss rod it could all be damaged now i have to send it back to the manufacture i got no where with about 4 hours last night and today on the phone with your staff and even one thought they were calling a supervisor for me and diled my number and left a message seriously what kinda people do you have working here this is the 4th time in the last couple of months i have had problems with your service even your supervisors want to argue with me and your not going to do anything seriously and its the guitar builders fault how is that guys they sent it they didn't drop it and smash it bad and it ride upside down from cali to okla someone one higher up then your supervisor needs to contact me asapi can't get no one above them to respond to me I'm so mad right now and trying to deal with your unprofessional staff members is a damn joke they need trained better i was told 2 different stories lied to by one and was told i would get a call back yesterday and reimbursed asap now I'm told 7 plus days wow you damage my stuff and then i have to wait and do everything i filed a clam and your supervisor here wanted to argue and tell me that i can't do anything its the guitar builders fault cause they shipped through you seriously you are the carrier why isn't your fault and why do i get nothing but the run around and bs stories and told your will only cover the parts if its totaled thats crazy if you think your not covering it its like a blackhole to the abyss with trying to get someone to give me answers and help i want a high up boss area directer way above a superviser asap to get in touch very quick i need this resolved hope someone from failex see this i also filed a a negative complaint with bbb heres the ceos email if anyone needs it [protected]@fedex.com hope he sees this ...!

FedEx delivery

I came home this morning, and opened my garage door (before I could drive around the corner to see it) only to realize my 125 pound 3'x7' box containing my new bed was leaning AGAINST IT! I do not even know at this time whether it damaged it or not, because after it opened the box leaned farther into my garage so that I CANNOT CLOSE THE DOOR NOW! I called FedEx and asked them to have the driver come back and move it out of the way, as I cannot move it at all. Two hours later I had to call again because no one came back, only to find out they NEVER called the office to have the driver come back. The person on the phone said she talked to a manager and that they would TRY to have the driver come back, but they could not guarantee it. SERIOUSLY? I can NOT close my garage door! I have a concussion with neck and back injuries and cannot in any way move the box myself, which has nothing to do with the fact that the idiot should not have leaned it against my garage door to begin with! So now I have to hope that when my husband gets home in several hours that someone doesn't steel something out of my garage, not to mention I CAN'T LEAVE MY HOUSE because I CAN'T CLOSE MY DOOR, so I had to cancel a business meeting! On top of all of this there are SEVERAL places the box is damaged so the driver clearly had no respect for my delivery to begin with. I am reporting this to the better business bureau.

FedEx fedex is the worst shipping company

I was sent a package via FedEx and it arrived damaged. I have made pictures and reported the situation to the nearest FedEx office. They said they'll take a closer look at my case and contact me back later.
They didn't contact me for over two weeks and when I contacted them myself it seemed like they simply forgot about my existence.
They said that there was nothing they could do to help and added that what had happened to my package had nothing to do with their company and refused to take any responsibility. You should have seen my face when I heard that! I thought I'm going to explode from anger!
FedEx is the worst shipping company, avoid them, don't even think of using them!

FedEx fedex lost my package

I ordered some stuff online and paid big money for shipping. I decided to pay extra for sipping because I wanted my order to be shipped by FedEx. I heard a lot about them and mostly only good things, so I decided to give it a try.
Unfortunately things didn't go well. I think my order got lost. I contacted FedEx and they were not able to tell me its location. They said that my order was probably still somewhere in China, but they didn't really knew its exact location. Are you kidding me? These people are ridiculous!
They promised to contact me as soon as they get any information, but that was a long time ago and still no news.
I will never use them again!

FedEx package delivery and pick up

I received a door tag after an attempted delivery on 4/29/17 with only my street address under recipient's name and "FedEx Home Delivery (Tues - Sat) checked off. Assuming it was the first attempt since it was the only door tag I had received, I waited for another attempt and subsequent door tag. None came and when I called I found out that there had been several attempts made according to what the driver reported. Never once did I get an additional door tag slip - nothing to let me know what attempt this was (including the one and only original door tag slip I got), instructions on what to do next, etc. I called to try and arrange pick up but was told that because of the restrictions set on the package from the sender the only place I was allowed to pick it up with a station whose hours were 8-4. I work 6:30 to 5:30 everyday so it would have been impossible for me to a.) ever be home when it was being delivered (and I needed it before a Sat. delivery was possible) and b.) pick it up from the station. Again, because of restrictions they were not able to transfer the package to another station that stayed open later. After quite a long time on the phone I asked to speak to a supervisor who agreed that I could leave a signed door tag with instructions to "throw the package through the gate". The next day I come home there is still no package and STILL no door tag slip indicating a delivery attempt was even made. So, another phone call and conversation with a different supervisor resulted in me having to resort to taking 1/2 day off of work the next day JUST so I could pick it up by closing at 4:00. (I was also told at this time that they are not allowed to throw the package through the gate - despite the fact that a supervisor the day before told me they could) I put in for my time off and the next morning someone from FedEx called me (which I appreciate) to assure the package was at the station. She got back on to tell me that in fact they stay open until 8:00! Great for me but now it's too late to change the fact that I've taken 1/2 day off of work. ALL this could have been resolved had that information been communicated to me from the beginning. And STILL, never once did I get a door tag slip that indicated anything other than the very first one I got. Countless hours, immense frustration, and an unnecessary 1/2 day off of work and I finally got the package. I understand the sender put restrictions on the package (not FedEx's fault) but I felt that the driver either falsely reported that delivery attempts were made OR they were made and I should have been receiving door tag slips. Not to mention the fact that a supervisor told me they could throw the package through the gate when in fact they couldn't have. Will never choose FedEx for my shipping needs when given a choice. FedEx driver

I was driving behind a Fed Ex truck yesterday morning on my way to work. While at a red light the driver tosses his empty garbage out the window and onto the street (his empty beverage can) and continued on his way. Now this is completely unacceptable! Never mind that throwing garbage or polluting the Earth but this is my neighborhood and don't like to see it littered. I would greatly appreciate if Fed Ex would make it a point to train their drivers on drivers etiquette, especially when it comes to littering. We must keep our neighborhoods clean and I especially don't want to see a corporation like yours come in a pollute my neighborhood.
