FedEx Fed Ex Stole from me

Ordered a new phone from google.com and got 2nd day shipping. Turns out they use Fed Ex as a shipper and it turns out it was a huge mistake.
Received a tracking number and checked it after two days and it reported that my package was on the truck for delivery that day. I was home all day with front door open anxiously awaiting my package. It never showed up and I called customer service, and they told me a delivery was attempted and no one was home, which is a bunch of bull. Promised to put it back on the truck and deliver it next day. I told them I would be there looking for them all day. Next day comes and no Fed Ex truck comes to my house, but they do deliver a package to my next door neighbors house while I was outside waiting and the driver got back in his truck and drove away without stopping at my address. Called customer service again and they stated the driver attempted a delivery and no one was home . Again, a bunch of bull. Next day checked the tracking info and it said out for delivery, so there I sat with front door open again waiting all day. Just before it got dark a fed ex truck finally pulled in to my drive and driver got out to deliver the package. I saw him on camera walk up to the porch and drop the box and turn around and left. I ran to the door and picked up the box only to find that he had delivered an empty box. The box had been opened while in They're posse ion and the phone removed! I immediately ran to the truck before he drove away and confronted him. I told him he just delivered an open and empty box, so what's going on. He immediately started yelling at me about how he only delivers packages and if I had a problem I need to contact customer service. How Rude! I may have come off as angry to him but I believe anyone in my situation would have done the same. I stood in front of his truck and wouldn't let him leave until he called his dispatcher. He did and he told him to bring the box back and mark it as not delivered. He then drove away, and they said they would investigate. Now what happens? Fed Ex Has not contacted me. I think they are hoping I will just go away. I have contacted Google about the stolen phone and still have not heard from Fed Ex

Desired outcome: I want the person who opened the box and stole the phone held accountable.

FedEx Delays in delivering

A representative from the company emailed me to request information for purposes of delivering my package. After that I never heard back. The status of my package simply states that there is a clearance delay. Noone from the company has called me and the package was due to be delivered to me nearly 3 weeks ago in early December.

I've tried all of the numbers on their website and they just ring with no answer. I have been completely unable to speak to anyone in their offices to get information about my package.

Desired outcome: I would like a call from the company clearly informing me of the status and when I can receive my package

if you have a tracking number you can track it on their website. as for the email it sounds like someone was scamming you for your information. unless it was actually from fedex themselves [usually with the @fedex.com on the email] it wouldnt ask for more information about the package.

As for no one answering the phone. make sure you called during their hours of operation for customer service. Remember every company is on reduced staff aka skeleton crew [during the current pandemic] to deliver, sort, pickup, transport, and customer service sections of the company. So the phone just ringing might be that they are swamped.

did you get the robotic options menu when you called the customer service number?

Fedex did not bother to inform us about duty payable. After several emails to Ms. Priya, Ms, Veena, Mr. Syed etc. received an email in response.
We paid customs duty on Dec 16.
Till date - Dec 24, 2021.. no response from Fedex about delivery.
Persons we contacted but no response received from, are:
1) Ms. Maya Nakhdjavani Rao Managing Director, Customer Experience.

Pathetic Fedex. This is the third time we are facing this miserable experience in the hands of Fedex

FedEx paid for overnight express and still waiting for delivery

paid for overnight express shipping and 3 days later it still hasn't arrived. Their text claim "beyond there control" But they delivery every winter in my location so there should be no B.S. about road conditions as the roads are open

FedEx Delivery

Fed Ex continues to deliver my packages to the wrong address. For over 3 years they deliver to the house next door. My address is 24B, yet they always refer it to 24 AptB. I always ask the shipper to be emphatic about this, yet Fed Ex obviously does not employ people with working brains, because this minor detail cannot be resolved. I always try to use a different shipping method...UPS or USPS, but sometimes a seller will not change. My only option at this point is to refuse to do business with anyone that uses only Fed Ex.

your building number is 24b? whats your door number? if its a complex where there is similar numbers like 24A, 24B, 24C its usually a good practice to write the address down to the letter. like if its Building 5b apt 23 so they dont send it to another house.

FedEx FedEx Driver Ran Over and Destroyed Two of My Driveway's Malibu Lights

The driver delivered my packages (TRK# [protected]) and then backed out my driveway, running off the driveway and running over and destroying two of my Malibu lights that illuminate my driveway. I proceeded to catch him delivering two doors down, and he admitted he backed up out of my driveway. I told him he destroyed two of my lights (not to mention my string of Christmas lights), and when I asked, "What can I expect Fed Ex to do?" he said call the 800#. To add to the damage, now my entire driveway light circuit is not lighting, and I'll likely need an electrician.

FedEx Pick up

Thursday I scheduled a pick up for a return package for Saturday.
it's about 100 pds so this morning i took it downstairs to be picked up.
it's 6:39 and I notice it's still in the hallway to be picked up.
So I call the 800 number only to be told it was re-scheduled for Monday with any notice or call.
Fedex doesn't pick up on Sat/Sun but it doesn't specify on the website when you schedule a pick up. And it lets you schedule one with a confirmation number...

FedEx Delivery Drivers

Regarding deliveries to Samuels Drive in Canton, NC 28716: This is a private, one lane, winding dirt road with posted speed limit of 10 mph. Drivers have been personally asked to observe the speed limit but most often they do not.
Today, Saturday Dec 18 approx 2:30pm, a driver nearly hit my daughter while she was driving home and just kept driving.

Desired outcome: I really hope that management will stress to their drivers to obey posted speed limits to avoid possible collisions and reduce wear on our road as it is a private road and maintained by me.

FedEx Delvery

The delivery service FedEx provides is irritating to say the least. The FedEx driver will just leave packages at the door without even ringing the doorbell. This has happened on numerous occasions. I complained with no resolution. This time my package was stolen. This doesn't just happen with deliveries. I also schedule pickups. The driver will not make the pick up, stating no one was available. My irritation level with FedEx is beyond comparison.

FedEx Delivering to wrong place

All my packages through Fedex delivering to my old address and I am not getting the packages. The new tenant at my old address is hesitant to give a call to me as it is annoying to him. It is not his mistake. I am getting packages from another courier service at my new address without any delay or problems. Why only Fedex is having this problem. I live in Chester Virginia.

FedEx Computer notice says was delivered. It was not

Notice says package was delivered at 4:07 today. I was home and have cameras on both doors. Nothing was delivered. Got runaround from the phone number FedEx says to call. FedEx rep Said no supervisor available. Also said in future I should give delivery instructions on computer.
I have used FedEx in business since the early days. This never happened until recently. Has now happened three times in the last month. Is driver taking the packages or is he delivering to the wrong address. I really would like to talk to a local rep. Otherwise my only recourse is to stop using FedEx.

Third time FedEx says package was delivered. Have cameras on doors and was home. It was not delivered. Just got runaround from FedEx rep. Only recourse is to call the shipping company. Something similar has now happened three times. Is the driver faking delivery or does driver have a bad GPS?

FedEx delivery

fed ex will not deliver to my address yvonne kelly. this has been going on over a year and fed ex employees make harrassing telephone call to me. i am an 81 year old disabled female and my packages are my lifeline.

my recent orders not received a cake from collin street bakery in corsicana

many orders from walmart that fed ex deliveries for WALMARTS

most recent order merchandise from NFL sent back to warehouse of NFL= was to be xmas present

FedEx Driver's speeding and dangerous maneuvers

To whom it may concern,

Fed Ex has repeatedly gone through our private road. We have stopped drivers, made multiple requests for them to slow via the complaint options at Fed Ex. The dangerous driving continues to occur and we live in a Range Free area, meaning if someone hits my horse on the road they are liable. Twenty children reside in homes along this one mile road. All neighbors would press charges against both the driver and company if injury or loss occurs. This has become a persistent problem.

FedEx Fedex delivered to a rando in the yard

They accept no responsibility for their deliveries. If there is a stranger trespassing in a yard that is apparently good enough for them.

I had a delivery that required an adult signature and the Fedex team released it to someone not listed as a recipient. Either they did not check ID or they assumed the person was old enough to sign for the wine. They definitly did not verify the signature before giving them the package. They are either lazy or incompetent. My bet is on both.

When customer service was contacted they refused to take any responsibility and said the company policy is to release packages to anyone on the premises as they assume they are allowed to be there.

I guess the lesson is to wait in someone else's front yard for the Fedex guy to assume its your house and then he will give you a package with someone else's name on it.

Desired outcome: Refund the cost of my package contents and a change in delivery policy

FedEx Package Delivery

I received a package via FedEx today. As I stepped out to retrieve the package, I was curious how my relatively new screen door got ripped. My answer came when I reviewed my Ring doorbell footage.

Your driver helper took two steps away from the truck and flung my package at the door and then got back in the truck and left. The package hit my screen door and tore the screen.

This is absolutely inexcusable. Thank you for the extra financial burden due to your uncaring and sloppy delivery person. Merry Christmas.

FedEx Driver whom delivers on Pecanwood Place, Pace Fl 32571. Drives entirely too fast and I am trying to prevent a tragedy.

We have had several drivers delivering on our street, been great. But now there is a female delivering to our street, a residential area driving at least 50 miles an hour. All the neighbors have witnessed this and are concerned because there are children living here and many grandchildren visit often.

We need immediate attention to this situation or we will request the
sheriff's department to be on alert and plant themselves in the neighborhood to handle it!

FedEx Driving Skills

Every time i get a delivery from FEDEX when they back out of my drive way they hit my tree at the end of the drive way. This is getting costly. I have ask for your drivers NOT to pull up the drive, to walk packages up because they keep taking out my tree. They refuse to do so.So I am putting up cameras to film your stupid drivers backing into my trees and publishing it on line.

Desired outcome: Make your drivers stop driving up my driveway. They have to back out which is the problem. They can't seem to back out with out destroying my property.

FedEx has to be the worst package carrier out there! Pulled in my driveway, marked that "business is closed" and left with my package. Really? Didn't know my house looked like a business. UPS is soooo much better!

FedEx 5th day fed ex didn't deliverymy package "recipient location security delay. Delivery will be reattempted".

Package is 5 almost 6 days late, no attempted fed ex delivery has ever been made. i have cameras and been home everyday. "Recipient location security delay. Delivery will be reattempted".
So disappointed that they would lie about stopping by when I'm at home all day and have cameras.
