FedEx Delivery

I am a 68 year old cripple who can't walk very steadily. I have gone through FedEx's "Manage Your Delivery" hoops several times and wind up with the same problem regardless. There is one lazy driver who tosses/drops very heavy packages right on the side of a VERY busy highway consistently. I have to undo the package right there with big transport trucks roaring by to break them up into smaller, lighter packages so I can handle them. I have begged them NOT to do this but they ignore their own directives to put packages through the big gate (porch would be MUCH better, but that's too much to hope)

Desired outcome: Put the packages further away from the street (in a chair put there for the purpose) I have a pull through drive that is easy to manage so there is NO excuse but laziness.

Hello,

Yesterday, August 4, 2022 my two packages were delivered from "Chewy" ; I think the total weight was 100lbs.

I'm 69 years old with a painful back and dragging these two boxes up the driveway was hard.

I think your drivers have dollies, probably, so it would be easier for them.

I wanted to be sure to stress the point that dumping my packages at the end of the driveway creates a huge hardship for me.

I know the driver wrote that the packages were left by the garage, but this is not true, see photos.

This has never happened before, so I wanted to be sure and mention it now.

They do the SAME thing to me! I can't tell you the number of times I have called them about this and asked them to ask their drivers to put the packages further away from the street at least, so I don't run the danger of getting hit by a truck or car. The regular delivery guy is as nice as he can be, but this one person is a a lazy you-know-what. Happens EVERY time the regular guy is off. I'd like to be around when this person gets a little age on them and someone does the same to them!

FedEx Delivery

I ordered a mattress from a company based in Texas. I live in Utah. Was told the Mattress would be delivered on 8/5/22. I took the day off to be home for delivery.

I received a notification from FedEx that my order had arrived at the hub and would be delivered that same day. 4 hours later I receive an email from FexEx stating my delivery will now be delayed 3 days.

I don’t understand how UPS, USPS and Amazon can all deliver to within their timeframes and FedEx can note.

Desired outcome: I want my prods delivered on the day they say they will be delivered.

8/3, 8/4

FedEx Lithia Springs, GA said they attempted delivery Wednesday and Thursday. They said: Customer not available or business closed.

First, No signature is required. Someone was home all day, both days and security cameras verified, no attempts were made at delivery.

Truth must not be part of the Fedex motto.

This was not the first time this has happened.

FedEx Reckless FedEx driver

A 5:25 pm today (8/2/2022) the driver of FedEx trailer truck FEDZ554429 recklessly changed lanes into the left lane forcing my vehicle into the shoulder to avoid being hit by the truck. This occurred on the NJ Turnpike N Western Spur at mile maker 115. The only part of the truck ahead of me was the cab when the driver initiated their lane change into me. I had no where to go but the shoulder. I am sure the driver will remember. My vehicle is a blue Lexus SUV.

Desired outcome: FYI - driver should be spoken to.

FedEx $900,00 price of the phone they won't deliver!

I sent back a package to apple on july 23. I have been tracking it.

Number [protected] everyday its the next day, been in in sitting for days.

I waited for a call back. When they called I answered it would hang up. I have called and called. One rep referred me to complaint form they dont have.

Everyday its the next day!

I called apple, because they have a hold on my credit card for the value ofthe phone. They se I have sent it back.

i mailed an i phone back to apple on july 23 rd i kept tracking with fedx.

[protected]. it was at a facilty in Indiana for 4 days. Fedx kept delaying delivery!

When it was finally delivered the box was empty. The i phone 13 was stolen.

I am trying to get my $ 900.00 hold back from apple.

i can not contact anyone a fedx. I tried for days when i did someone the could not understand me.

FedEx FedEx Lying about attempted delivery

I stayed home today to sign for a very important package that required a signature. At around 1:30 today I receive a notice that the driver attempted to leave it but I wasn’t home. Our building is secure and FedEx, UPS, Amazon, UPSS, etc all have codes to get into the building. I have seen this twice now in the last two months. I will report them to the shipper and from now on will refuse FedEx as any vendors preferred shipper.

FedEx Delivery driver lied

I was expecting a package on Monday. I work from home in an area with no crime. I have a direct view (2nd story apartment) of cars/trucks stopping by. I received a notification that my package was delivered. I thought that was weird because the fedex truck hadn’t stopped by yet. I check the door, no package. I assumed he marked it delivered early to make quota so I waited a bit. He never showed.

I filed the package as missing and hadn’t heard back. The next day I see a fedex driver pull up and I thought, oh good they have my package. He exited the truck with no package and I look through my peephole and I can see him look up at my door. He then got back in his truck and drove off.

I called the next day to speak to someone about my package. She said, he delivered it Monday and said I have a wreath on the door. It clicked, that’s why he stopped by and looked at my door. What a liar!

It’s now Thursday and still no package. How can I get this resolved? This has never happened to me before. Can they track his gps?

FedEx Lying about an attempted delivery.

I was expecting a delivery of wine on a Wednesday. Of course, I had to sign for it. As I waited, they sent a message, saying they attempted delivery at about 2 p.m. I discovered this after 3 p.m. The Fed-ex Driver was a total LIAR. Our gate was wide open. I spoke to a customer service person at a call center, and he was useless. UPS and the USPS are the way to go. Fed-Ex sucks and needs improvement.

i recived a e-mail that a package i have been waiting on was Delivered on July 14th, but said it could not be delivered cause no one was Home..i was home..I have had throat Cancer surgery,back in October, and cannot Talk. FedEx Delivery

TRACKING NUMBER [protected]

I am highly dissatisfied with how this package was just delivered to my house. I have it on video that the delivery driver threw my package on top of my car instead of delivering it to my door. Had it been raining my packaged would have been ruined and I am highly upset and dissatisfied with how the driver handled my package.

It was sent out via Florence, S.C. hub to Conway, S.C, and the vehicle was a white box van.

I know you can find out just who the driver was, and I want him to be made aware that he was on video handling my package very unprofessionally, and if this is the kind of people y'all hire...it sure is a poor excuse of Fed Ex Representation. The company really needs to re-evaluate doing second party delivery drivers. I am sure he can be tracked through the tracking number !

Desired outcome: I want him to be contacted and held accountable in some way for the way he disrespects customer's deliveries.

FedEx Paid for overnight shipping- didn't deliver/said business closed or customer not avali

I paid for overnight shipping (almost $40) and as I was sitting NEXT to my door, I get a notification that there is a delay because the 'customer not available or business closed'- Ran down to my leasing office (inside same building) and they said they SAW FedEx come in/deliver packages to mail room but did not even attempt to deliver my package OR come to my apartment door (elevator access and key access to our mail room). So assuming they left the package in their truck and decided they didn't want to turn around and walk only a few feet. Now it's set for tomorrow delivery but since this requires a signature, will they do this again? What a waste of money and taking off work to ensure I'm home! Stop lying about attempting to deliver when someone just doesn't want to or doesn't want to turn around and walk back inside.

Desired outcome: Delivery on the CORRECt date and money back for shipping!

FedEx Package stolen

The tracking number is [protected].

The driver did not leave a message telling me when he would return. The driver recorded the package with Fed EX and the sender, Shoplc that the package was delivered to me.

A FedEx Driver delivered my pkg and then took it back. The Driver recorded with FedEx that the pkg was delivered on 7/14/22 at 2:25 pm.I don’t have my pkg

Desired outcome: I want my package and/or the Driver fired for stealing my package. Attached is the video tape of the Fed Ex Driver taking my package.

FedEx Complaint

Fed ex is suppose to deliver my package now for 4 days in a roll. and they say the same thing I am not home. When I have been all day. I have video on my place and you can see No Fed Ex. when I call to complain they say that they will make sure it comes and again same thing.

When I asked the agent to give me there ID # they refused to do so and was very rude about this. I am disabled and this is why I did just pick my item up. Bu they got every rude and told me to come pick it up if I do not like or basically deal with this. I have yet to get my package after not being able to do anything or go anywhere for the last 4 days waiting on the driver to come. Same time everyday the driver says I am not home just about quitting time. this is the most horrible serve I have ever gotten and the conduct of the customer service was totally uncalled for. They refuse to bring my package and refuse to help me.

I have never had this kind of experience with a company before in my life. and upon reading the review after fixing to complain this seems to be a common thing with them lying and Bad business. This business should shut there door before harming more people!

FedEx Restricted Delivery not done

I paid for RESTRICTED DELIVERY on 4/21/2022 for $15.70. The driver let someone called “A. Lark” sign for the court documents. BIG NO NO. Customer Service keeps hanging up on me, telling me there’s no supervisor, and denies claim.

I videotaped the staff telling me Fedex allows for restricted delivery.

Desired outcome: Refund the money plus interest from 4/21/2022.

FedEx Package not delivered to receiver

On June 22,2022 I sent a painting from Georgia to New Mexico.

It was supposed to be delivered that Saturday.

The receiver didn't get it on Saturday, so I tracked the package saw it was supposedly still "in route"

Then several more days went by and it was still not received.

Again I tracked the package and discovered this bizarre tracking history

The package not only wasn't delivered, it was returned to me!

It is supposedly under investigation, and I am awaiting a refund, but the bottom line is the package was never delivered .

They claim they tried to deliver it, however the receiver was never notified, no door tag was left, so they are not telling the truth.

My question is, why was it sent cross country several times to begin with?

Desired outcome: Besides a full refund, I would like an explanation why this package was bounced around for almost a month and never delivered.

I'm dealing with a similar issue right now on an eBay shipment but from west Texas to South Carolina. My problem seems to initiate at the Augusta, GA FedEx facility but I can't really tell. Each day my tracking seems to be significantly different from the day before. The weirdest tracking record I have received was this one below:

BTW: Where each message says "Click Manage Delivery below to take more control of your package(s)." there is no such button or option in my tracking.

Fed Ex driver delivered a package on 7/5/2022 at 2;25 pm . I was home at the time. The driver pushed the electronic gate open with his truck, breaking the $250 mule mechanism for the gate. He was the only person that entered and exited the property. I need to replace the mule mechanism, approximatley $250, and pay for someone to install the mechanism , approximately $100 to $150. The key pad was clearly visible for the gate.

I called Fed Ex six times in the past week, only to be disconnected or routed to the survey info. No one has called me back.

Desired outcome: I want to be reimbursed for a new mule mechanism for my gate, including the cost of installation.

FedEx FedEx delivery

FedEx damageda very expensive machine. First they lost my package, then it arrives with the screen shattered and the box look like they kicked it. The package had a declared value of $2500 Fed ex kept giving me the run around and then refuse to pay for my damaged item even though it was insured tracking number [protected]. Insurance is a joke and non existent

FedEx Washer tub left in driveway - no phone call, no knock on the door

I am complaining about the way a GE part was delivered, left unattended on our driveway at a seasonal property - it is the replacement tub for a GE washer so it was a large box. The GE repair guy said they should call two days or so before it arrives. It arrived without a phone call or even a knock on the door (we were actually at that property) and it was just left on the driveway. Very frustrating with so much 'pirating' going on and packages being stolen. I wasn't provided any tracking information for the tub.

Desired outcome: I want you to do better - a simple knock on the door would have alerted me that this large box was outside. If we weren't at the property and had gone home, it would have sat there, in the rain, and probably disappeared.
