Quiero presentar una reclamación por las condiciones del asiento asignado en mi vuelo con Ethiopian Airlines.

El asiento asignado fue el 39L, situado en la última fila de la zona central. Debido a la pared situada detrás, el asiento no podía reclinarse en absoluto. Además, durante el vuelo la pasajera situada delante reclinó su asiento, reduciendo aún más el espacio disponible.

A esta circunstancia se añadió un retraso aproximado de una hora en la salida, permaneciendo todos los pasajeros dentro del avión durante ese tiempo, lo que incrementó notablemente la incomodidad en un vuelo de aproximadamente 8 horas.

No fui informada previamente de que el asiento 39L tenía una limitación de confort respecto a un asiento estándar de clase turista.

Por todo ello, solicito que se revise esta situación y se valore una compensación o atención comercial adecuada.
