My partner is currently traveling on the bus that left Johannesburg to cape town this morning at 11h30am.

The bus toilet is smelling so bad like [censor]. The driver just don't care about his complaint passengers. This smell is so unbearable and disgusting that paying customers should go through this for hours.
We want a full refund for our money

I'm Currently in a bus to East London. My daughter is sitting by the window and we realised that there was a dripping and reported to the driver. He then promised to look at it which he didn't. We then fell asleep only to wake up soaking wet. We went to show the driver who became very rude and aggressive. He told me that I am reporting to the wrong person.

My understanding is that this bus I a replica of sa road link and I will make sure that I get it reported to every platform as I can see that there has been many complaints on hello Peter and nothing is improving. We cannot be treated like we have not paid. My laptop is wet now I have an extra 4000to pay just because you are driving minibus Taxis and your drivers behave as such.

Another thing there was an epileptic girl in the bus. We asked the driver to switch off the air-con they didn't even care to do that let alone checking what was going on in the bus.

I need to report assult by one of your very rude bus drivers - this is an emergency - he tore my plastic and broke my nail while tackling me for my secondary luggage which I clearly stated I wanted to keep with me as I had on the first bus I took from Durban. He then started shouting obscenities at me and embarrassing me in front of the other passengers - he closed the door on me and his erractic behaviour is unjustifiable and consistent with someone who is not fit to safely drive a bus full of passengers - this man needs to be held liable for his disgusting behaviour - he is either intoxicated or on something else to be behaving in this manner. The police need to apprehend this driver.

Its not the first time that this has happened, eldo coaches are not looking after their buses properly. If they not having a break down, its waiting for another bus, or they over booked. Its unreal! We think that they are nice buses and we always use them, but if they are giving us these kind of problems, we should all boycott them! Last year I travelled with them and we had to go in a bus that was extremely disgusting, not a luxury bus because their bus broke down! Why cant they maintain their buses and keep them in good condition to avoid all problems! I appeal to eldo coaches to pleeaase, service all your buses before going on a journey...
