Eat Your Flowers review: Damaged product no accountability

I ordered a handmade flower press from this company. The item arrived in a broken box with minimal protective packaging. Metal screws were uninsulated against the wood, and the press had scratches and indentations.

When I contacted the company, they initially blamed me for the shipping method I selected (which they themselves offered). When I pointed out that this was an option they provided, they then pivoted their argument claiming the indentations and scratches were “natural variations in the wood."

As a professional, I can confidently say this was impact damage, not wood grain. I cannot recommend a company that avoids accountability and insults a customer’s expertise. Avoid if you value craftsmanship and professional ethics.
