This was purchased from Costco Canada
3 years ago.
The suction is poor and fails to pick up small particles ,birdseed, tiny pebbles 1/8" diameter even onion skin particles. It's wonderful at continually throwing particulate matter backward instead of ingesting them.
I don't have the time nor should I need to, to repeatedly go over rugs and linoleum
floors, several times in order to eventually have it picked up.
I ordered a new beater bar and was advised out of stock . This went on for 4 months. Dyson customer service offered an entire vac head for approx $135.00
to replace a $20.00 part.
Terrible service, inferior vacuum technology ,highly over priced and way over-rated.
I would highly suggest seeking an alternate supplier. I would never again purchase a Dyson product!
