CVS review: CVS is circling the drain!

CVS won’t pay its people a living wage. Then they won’t hire enough people to handle the customers, installing the self-check machines instead. OK, so I use these machines. Now it seems they won’t spend enough to properly maintain the machines. For example, I scan two items and HEAR the beep each time, but the machine stops and informs me I haven’t scanned an item in my bag. I wait ten minutes for a CVS human to come to my aid (because they’re understaffed). They confirm that both item WERE scanned and wave their magic pass to let me continue (by the way, she confirmed the machines aren’t properly maintained). I’m done with CVS. Hope the place burns to the ground.
