While picking up my medication a pharm tech pointed at me and yelled loudly in my face in front of quinn the pharm manager which he didnt even reprimand her but yelled at me instead and then she shortchanged me 5.Oo and said she didnt and i asked for manager shawn to ck and she had but i didnt make a big to do about it but apparently she did and the others got made and paid me rudely back and made me suffer indirectly by laughing and placing my calls on hold while mocking me and not giving me the proper pharmacist and sometimes hanging up and not retrng my calls and never lvms about my meds. To the pharm. On duty or th e phar. Mgr. Quinn. I was yelled racial slurs and targeted periodically and the other pharmacist the female liz said loudly in front of staff and customers who wasnt even there the day of the incident that i wasnt allowed in store and she was rude and unprofsnl. And loud and the others laughed and when the tech saw it was me again a wk or so later she started up yelling and threatening me and threating me verbally and saying how tough her afghnaistn heritage was and i said not again we all bleed red what does race matter and tried to be calm and alerted sean to call dm nicole again. He has gone behind my back and quinn has also lied to dm on severl occasions that i provoked it and i didnt i was the one who alerted managnrs. To fix the problem not promote hate so as they did and i ws told by dm nicole i was allowed to go in store as many times as i wished and then they said and complnd the staff and lied and she turned the story around and said she would play tape and lied that she didnt see tech in pharm pointg and yelling and then one day she said otherwose tht she did and chastized her. So now i have to be inconvenienced and got wrong meds. Mocked at and lied and told my hus. Can go not i and gm will not accept my calls and employees are still wrkg there and do as they please and get away with murder with customers being rude arrogant fresh unprofsnl and lie and cheat and still have jobs to show cvs who they represent why is this please and how do they get away with such behavio r and lies on the par t of the customers if it wasnt for us and no spending our monies their wouldnt be any purchases or store to run and operat e and as far as management and pharm. Staff they are incompetent lying arrogant cheating evil uncompassionate misfortunate people on eagle rd who show no profsml. Towards the cvs store or the customers and are allowed to do what ever they like and to whom by the manager backing them upm and covering for them as well its neputism and race that comes up and they are scared of that and whom protects us and then they involve strang e customers to boot to incite riots in the stores too after spending my hard earned monies and i didnt get my meds on time or my promised flu shot either and nicole didnt call me back after lying and not listenign to me but her staff she listens 100 percent despite when they are wrong and lying and take advantage of her as well!

In mid July I tried to print a copy of my vaccination records for travel purposes. At that time I noted that they had prescriptions on my profile that were not mine as I do not have prescriptions through CVS. The person's name and birthdate was listed. I then went to my vaccination records and noted that in addition to my vaccinations, this other person was also listed. When I try to print my covid card, this other person's name and birthdate come up and I could not print a vaccination card for me. Since discovering this I have spoken to over 20 people and have had 5 tickets created to solve this problem. Four of them were closed with them saying they closed the tickets because I did not respond to notifications that were sent requesting more information. I never received a text, and email or phone call requesting more information. However, I have made at least 20 phone calls and spent more than 20 hours on the phone with a multitude of customer service reps. My tickets have been expedited at least 5 times. After 8 weeks the issue is still not resolved. I need this by tomorrow (9/14) at the latest.
Desired outcome: I need a vaccination card by 9/14 to travel overseas!

You are perhaps too big to understand how you completely fail a customer like me. Wait times exists in every aspect of your services. Online you tell me to call. On the phone I wait. In your store you have no system for a disabled person to sit while waiting to pick up their drugs. On the phone I get to listen to how great cvs is. Please tell me one thing that can make me feel better about being a paying customer. Or don't you have one?

Desired outcome: Respect your customers. Examine your business systems from the perspective of your customers. Think of a family pharmacy. It would go out of business if it treated their customers the way that you treat your customers.
How prescriptions are handled
The last two times I have tried to get prescriptions filled it has been a horrible experience. In both cases I have had to repeatedly call, visit, and text the pharmacy to get what I needed. I have gone for days without the needed medication. The staff has always been polite (location 8940 Coit Road Plano, TX), but the inconvenience and lack of concern and communication is appalling. The most recent incident occurred yesterday. My doctor had phoned in a refill. The location did not have the medication on hand. They failed to tell me that they could send me to another location where I could have it filled asap. When I questioned them on the delay, they said it was a new prescription. I have been on this medication for over a year. I went through a similar situation last year with the same medication and had to delay my departure for vacation to wait on the medication. You need to do better.
Desired outcome: Customers need to be notified within a day if they cannot receive their medication and provided options.

I have been TRYING to do damage control with CVS for about 1 year now. I THOUGHT w e were in pretty good shape until today.
I got a call from a pharmacist on Ponce De Leon in Decatur today SUNDAY AFTERNOON as I was watching football. She was discussing my medications and should she call the Dr about them. I have already said I am capable of ordering my meds as needed , yet she called and asked if I wanted her to have the Dr order some more medication. My Dr is very accomplished and I don't need some pharmacist who thinks shes a Dr. to remind my Dr or me about my meds. Their records are horribly mistaken and I started to tell her about it. We also very briefly discussed my Buprenorphene meds. Then she very abrubtly said she was very Bz and had to cut me off after she very rudely interrupted my Sunday. I asked if she was short of time , then why did she call me and her records are out of date.
I don't like CVS calling me and don't want her to call again. She has a bit of a foreign accent, maybe she doesn't value Sunday like we Christians.

I received a text stating my prescription is ready. I go to CVS 538 Lone Oak Road, Paducah KY 42001 to pick it up. After waiting in a long line because there are already 10 cars in the drive through, they tell me I have to wait 45 minutes as my prescription is not ready and is "pending". So I go back there the next day, after receiving another CVS text, wait in a long line and again told I need to wait 45 minutes. This happens every time I go. It is nothing new. A loyal customer for years and years is now looking for another pharmacy because of the non-existent customer service. The pharmacist and the techs all have the same line, "we are doing the best we can", we can't keep staff in the pharmacy, everyone keeps quitting. As someone who has decades in management, I can tell you this; it is not your employees, it is your management. You decide if that is local or corporate management. Conduct a random survey of your customers and employees of this store. See if I am not right.
Poor service
On my Dashboard when I refill an RX and check the price it will give my one price, when I go to the store to pick it up it is a higher price. I ask the pharmacist his response was I have no control over pricing. This pharmacist is always very rude, will not do anything to help a customer. My last RX said $26.99, on pick up it was $33.09. It was filled by a different pharmacist yesterday, she had run it through on a different plan, but he refused to take the time to check it, i have been through this before several times, and running it through on the right plan is always cheaper. Being on SS alone it is hard to decide between meds and food, this makes it a lot harder. Also, they have a sign up and it is on your webpage for flu shots, also says walkins welcome. While picking up my RX this morning we asked him about both of us getting our flu shots, his reply was we had to have an appointment, he would make us one and call us on Sunday {this is Friday} to let us know when to come in and get it. We live out of town, things like this makes it very inconvenient for us. I have been using CVS for several years now but amat the point of going to a different pharmacy. This is at the point now that it is totally unacceptable to me.
Desired outcome: Prices on Dashboard should be prices charged. This pharmacist should have way more respect and consideration for his customers.

1. If your going to leave a public review please use proper English so customers and higher up’s can comprehend what your saying.
2. You mentioned race a lot, that was an issue with you at the 1247 store, you harassed the pharmacists and Techs. Even customers, they were helping you but you didn’t decode the message what they were stating to you as their patient. Plus did you forget you called their Pharmacist “Tran†Called the techs “Gay†“that black girl†“ and even calling A worker who’s not even from Afghanistan “ Afgan†. You were highly rude to the point they said no more! You even harassed other patients you don’t know while having a meltdown.
