I experience poor phone service with rude conduct of 2 phone call today. Both of the agents was rude and could not fairly explain on why I was overcharge and how many days my refund would return to my card. I was told to call back in 24 hours, for what? You see the problem in the data system. I ask to speak with a supervisor who could better assist with knowledge on what to do concerning this matter. My questions was not answer. I was yell at. I could not believe the rudeness that occur. It was an error with Conn's billing system but my problems could not be resolved I was very disappointed on the service of Conn's agents.
