College Network review: LVN to RN Bridge Program

I am filing this formal complaint regarding The College Network and their LVN to RN Bridge Program I purchased in 2011. Despite paying in full for the program and making multiple attempts over several years to begin the online coursework, I never received any of the promised modules, access credentials, or educational materials needed to continue my nursing education. The company’s sales representatives assured me that this program would allow me to complete my RN education at my own pace through distance learning. However, after enrolling and submitting payment, I was unable to access the program content as advertised. Repeated phone calls, emails, and support requests were either ignored or redirected without resolution. I have effectively paid for an education I never received. To this day, I have not been provided access to any legitimate learning modules, online classrooms, or credentialed instruction. I now understand that many others have reported similar issues with The College Network, which has received numerous complaints and even faced legal action for these practices
