I purchased a chest (order 539360) February 21, 2026 with Carlos Finale. The furniture was scheduled for delivery on March 27, 2026. I took the day off from work to receive the furniture. Since no one told me anything I called the store around noon to find out that there was nothing scheduled to be delivered for me. Then I called the warehouse as instructed by the store and they said that the furniture that I purchased was discontinued. What a horrendous customer service is this? Are you going to pay me the day that I missed from work? I even made the first payment a while ago. I was told to choose another chest (what else, right?) I don't find another furniture that I like.
Desired outcome: At this point I want my money back.
