Order ID: #2494448957 – City Furnish took advance rent and deposit from me. The expected delivery date was 31st March, but today is 6th April and I still have no fixed delivery date. There is no proactive communication – I have to follow up every single time while getting only AI chatbot assurances that never materialize. No human agent has given me a genuine update or assurance despite me rescheduling my personal commitments. Basic customer service is completely missing. I regret trusting City Furnish. Think twice before giving them your money.
Claimed loss: 2 weeks of delay advance payment of Rs.5775 as deposit with Upfront Rent
Desired outcome: Want delivery as soon as possible or if not possible than just Refund nothing else.
