Very poor administration of change from Barclay's bank. I have not received a new card, yet did receive a statement which is concerning. I have been on hold for 42 minutes! Then the agent is in India and I can barely understand him, he doesn't know what he is doing, and after waiting he says they didn't finish changing it over yet. I am a teacher and I give this company an F. Horrible customer service.
Recommendation: I will be cancelling this card.
