I fell in their parking lot at store 7554 on 850 County Line Road, they don't want to pay the claim for medical bills. . They refuse to give me a copy of the video or accident report which was requested several times. Their manager Phil is a bloody liar and has no integrity. The accident happen September 17, 2015 at 11:56am, I have a lotto ticket I bought that same day and time. I have been going back and forward about this just want a copy of the video for that day and time 11:56 to 12:00. Below is the area that I fell and the manager said their were no cracks and these pictures were taken of that area. I went to Circle K 7554 store 850 County Line Road Lakeland, FL on my lunch break to play my lotto because it is five minutes away from my job and I don’t like being late, because points are taken off, on my way to my car I tripped and fell in the parking lot right on my face I was so embarrassed I looked around quickly got up went to my car and back to work so that I wouldn’t be late. When I got in my car I saw blood my mouth started bleeding when I got to work I didn’t think it was so bad and my manager took me to our Human Recourses and I explained what happen and he advised to go back and circle k and let them know what happen and then go to the emergency room because the cut looks very deep in my lip, My manager took me back we spoke with the manager Phil he gave the address to circle k and said give it to the emergency room.My manager took pictures of the area while we were there, I asked for a accident report several times Circle K refuse to give me one, there were all kind of excuses it prints to corporate, the manager did not take any pictures or anything. When their insurance travelers contacted me about what happen, I sent pictures of my busted mouth, the parking lot area where I fell, they denied saying the manager says that is not the area I fell. I said he is a bald faced liar, how would he remember when he didn’t take any pictures at that time, all you have to do is pull the video from that date and time since I still had my lotto ticket I knew the exact time to look at. Circle K refused to do that I requested the video several times and they also refused to give me a copy. I am writing so that everyone will know how the manager Phil is a bloody liar, their insurance Traveler’s did not investigate by going taking pictures of the area, they took the manager’s word of course he would say that he doesn’t want to pay out a claim, so store if you fall at Circle K 7554 store 850 County Line Rd Lakeland, Fla stay on the ground don’t move and get an accident report before you leave. Take pictures of you on the ground. There are cracks in the pavement all over that side where I fell. Even a blind man can see them. Neither Circle K manager Phil or Traveler’s insurance has any integrity. All I want is my medical bills paid because I fell on their property I got stitches in my lip outside and inside. Was out of work for week because I couldn’t talk, inhaled food thru a straw for three days. I have emails going back and forward to Corporate, Travelers Insurance. Anyone reading this that can help pls reply.

I go in every weekend and after work and seem to be lucky enough to catch the donut guy delivering fresh donuts. I asked the clerk tonight if he'd been in yet, he said no, not for another hour. So reluctantly I by 3, one day old donuts knowing they've probably been fondled, and are not fresh. I leave the store and the delivery guy pulls in with a fresh batch. I go back in and ask the clerk if I could trade the 3 donuts out for fresh ones. He refuses with a nasty attitude and enjoys telling me that now he gets to throw all the old ones away. I threw my bag on the counter, asked his name and said I'd speak to the owner/mgr. He tells me his names alex and I leave to get in my car. He runs out after me out telling me that I shouldn't threaten peoples jobs and flips me off. Ok, so I lost out on the fresh donuts, but in the name of good customer service, I think he could have let me trade them for fresh ones since the batch of ones I bought from were going directly to the trash. I did ask nice, then asked if he would get in trouble for doing that and he said no. They lost a good customer as Ive shop there a lot in the past. The other staff members are super! On sinday the 22nd I went in the circle k I have been shopping at for over 15 years and attempted to purchase a pack cognac dutchmaster cigars. The employee an older man named joseph didnt seem to know where they were ae he was looking in the wrong place. I am on fmla and I had surgery on Oct 26th 2015. I have been there 14 months my year was on Sept 10th. My boss supposedly put my raise in. Well I didn't get my raise on my checks for 7weeks and I still haven't gotten it and I'm on medical leave. My last two checks before I left had 8.35 and that is not what I was told I would be getting I was told 8.50. They didn't fix it and I don't believe they will... And they want to tell me I'm not eligible for short term disability benefits I think something doesn't sound right but im going to get to the bottom of it. Any advice?

I had my grandson run into circle k for 4 packages of the mini donuts that we usually buy there, well they were out so he picked up a different brand .at the time we were there they were super busy and the cashier was the only one working so they had a very long line . we left to go home about 4 blocks away went to open the one package they were so nasty we went to take the other three packages back that were not open, I asked if we could return them she said no we don't return food items then she said because I didnt have my receipt, she said she thru it away because my grandson said he didnt need it. she remembered him being there 15 minutes before. She was very rude . I will never spend a dime there again, I have worked retail my whole life and never would not help resolve a customers issue with a product...never the less I left the three package of mini donuts there and that will be the last time I step foot in that door...Thank you

My name is Diego and I'm a loyal customer at circle k. Everything I ever want or need is there. Employees are always helpful and nice. But this evening I encountered a very rude employee of yours. I've never been treated so badly. She's was stern and completely out of line. When I went up to the cash register I asked to buy some lottery tickets, I pointed out which ones I wanted and even said names and she said had said okay. I then pointed at another one not knowing the name, and she rudely raised her tone of voice and said I need to name them if I want them. I told her she didn't have to be rude about it and then she replied with, "well you don't even need these." That upset me, so I told her I didn't want her service and I walked out of the store. My wife noticed that I was bothered by that, so she went back in and was able to see her name tag. It read Cindi and titled assistant. I don't know if she's always this rude, but I won't be returning to that location anymore.
i wish, circle K and the rest of them corporate establishments would pipe down there singing welcome birds every time i walk through the door it's frigin annoying when i am standing in line 10 people deep they sound like corporate clowns welcome, welcome . welcome 'welcome it will drive me out

After quitting after a year...and reading every complaint about this company, i have to say from personal experience that all the complaints are accurate. The list...they don't care if you are dying or a loved one...you better not miss a day. their pay IS 47% below the national average for management. You work christmas and they say you didn't do enough. This company has cancer. more regulations than any government. But the main complaint by everyone is the managers have no skills. no people skills ...no manage ment skills. They have no real power (they can't hire or fire) they are just over glorified stockers and the lawsuits going on state this. I worked till they MADE me become assistant manager. i got a 38 cent raise. You are a hard worker and all you get is what you didn't do. DO NOT WORK FOR CIRCLE K. I worked at three different stores and they all have the same attitude. they are really out to work you like a slave. read all the complaints. they are not disgruntled ...the're Accurate. rip off
Consistently shorting the amount of syrup in the soda pop machine. Also, frequently out of the vanilla flavoring. I work long days in mammoth. I will give the place a couple of more chances after this complaint has had a little time to process. I will test the soda before filling my cup with ice. If the rip off doesn't stop, i will stop going to that store in the future. 9/2/15

Open until 2am yet closed at 1:30! Guess cleaning floors are more important than customers putting money in their store? Real tight and close apt complex here and it is convenient to go there. This shi - grinds my ### as when you do floors, cleaning you do it after the store closes! But then again what do you expect when they have a bottle return machine that from the 80's! Yet they install lcd's asking you how was your experience (Lmfao) another shi - hole corporation walking over a $100.00 bill to save $1.00 it speaks for its self and wont go there again.
