We quit your contacting company because
you have no idea what you are doing.
You should learn the trade before you say you are
a Contractor. If I was Morgis I would not pay you
either. You do not know what you are doing.
We need Mike Holmes to come and teach you on how to
be a professional tradesman.
Morgis Properties expects quality workmanship.
Your work is substandard. I know because all your
workers quit, including me. Do not blame Morgis,
or Morgis Properties. You could not even get
to the job on time let alone say you are a contractor.
We have worked for Morgis Properties and Chris Morgis
for 20 Years. No problems. Because we know how to do
quality work. They expect quality work. You cannot
pick up people at the Daily Labour site and say
they are tradesman. They are not. Your work was sub standard.
That is why we had to get paid to fix it.
Morgis Properties owes us over 10K. They called for emergency service and we did the work for them and helped get their utilities up and running again. This thief Chris Morgis has avoided all calls to collect monies owing to us and our lawyer did a check on him and he owes money all over the place. There are liens on his properties and a long line of contractors that this THIEF has not paid. AVOID THIS ### AT ALL COST!
Chris Morgis owes us money. Unable to reach him through his cell #[protected] and his office numbers are disconnected.
We also did urgent work for Chris Morgis. Never paid. Avoiding calling us back. ###
Same as me, He totally ripped me off. Over $20, 000 of work and never paid. What type of Human Being rips off a hard working contractor. I lost over $10, 000 just in material alone. While he is sitting on his millions. He has totally sold his soul. Dont listen to this bull about sub standard workmanship. It's all a cover up. CHRIS MORGIS IS A TOTAL CROOK!
We have worked for over 22 years with no problem.
It is a big company.
If it's a big company why does he not pay (never filed a complaint about poor workmanship so don't bother using that bs line), won't return phone calls and even goes as far to change his phone number.
They build and manage many buildings.
And don't pay?
We have successfully completed many big projects for them and never had a problem.
We do excellent work.
I think you either did not complete the work .
But they have been in business for over 70 years .
They are prudent and expect quality. So if you cannot make the job right it was probably the issue.
In this real estate boom too many people are calling themselves contractors.
That is a big problem in Toronto.
You can be sure that the work will be reviewed by the project managers.
They cannot let sub standard work be accepted.
Perhaps you should speak to the construction managers.

In Toronto too many people are calling themselves contractors but do not have the skills.
Companies take this serious since they are providing homes for people.
We've been in business for over 35 years. Cant get a hold of Chris owes us big money. Lives in a big mansion in King City but won't pay his bills. I wonder what his kids think of him when they see posts like this.
