Dear Checkers Corporation,
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with how my scheduled interview was handled.
I showed up on time, prepared and ready, only to find out that the manager had already left. What makes this even more upsetting is that no one had the courtesy to call, text, or inform me ahead of time that the interview would not be happening. I took time out of my day to be there, and it feels like a complete disregard for my time and effort.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Even a quick message would have shown basic respect, but instead I was left to show up for something that clearly was not going to happen.
I would like an explanation for this situation, as well as reassurance that this kind of behavior is being addressed. No candidate should have to deal with this lack of communication.
