I completed the promotional offer, on time, and was sent a letter of CONGRATULATIONS only to be turned into synchrony band for collection and have been fighting it ever since. Sent Synchrony proof of payent from Carecredit twice! It was never addressed.. It has ruined my credit since I refuse to pay after completing promo. Now late fees etc Have made it a huge balance due. Turned over to MIdland Credit who do not acknowledge reciipt of proof either. I had to scrounge to maKe the promo PMTS in time only to be destroyed.

This care credit Mastercard HORRENDOUS! I am beyond PISSED! I have been a loyal customer with a STELLAR payment history. I had a credit limit of 9,000. They sent me an email that based on my most recent credit report from Trans Union that they lowered my credit to 5,000! I was planning on using my card to get some dental work!
NEWS FLASH: My credit went down because I paid off my car! Why should consumers even pay these things off? I got screwed by care credit for being a loyal customer and a paying customer. They must like to punish their loyal customers with great track record and STELLAR payments! I could easily HANDLE MY PAYMENTS! IN fact I just paid 2,200 on my bill! This is just WRONG. No decency to even call me and send me a letter. I hadn't checked my email so I kept getting denied with a "Card Error! I am going to go to Capital One now. Why would Synchrony Bank who owns cared credit do this to their paying and loyal customers? I also have lots of money in my retirement but I suppose they only go by Trans Union who are fraudsters!
