I purchased a fine jewelry, genuine assorted blue topaz stone bracelet. It was valued at over $800.00. I paid $ 414.72. When I received it, I loved it. It started to open and fall off my arm. It started falling off faster and faster until it didn't stay on at all. I returned it and was told the store did not carry it and in order to return it and receive the same item. I would have to hold on to it until it was available on line again for the same price, then return the broken one. I have been in the hospital and had surgery and found this process would not work, so I returned it. I lost the value of the coupons in my money returned. The item, was broken. Why should I have to lose any money at all?

Claimed loss: $ 414.72 - $ 313.11 = $ 101.21 loss
Desired outcome: I would like my entire payment refunded I should not be penalized the coupons off twice and end up with no merchandise. It was a beautiful bracelet.
