The watch did not keep good time, so we tried to get another one at our local Canadian Tire in Brooks, Alberta. The clerk said the product code did not match the receipt. I am extremely careful with receipts and I know this receipt is the one we received when purchasing it. The clerk would not give us our money back nor would she give us another watch. I have had nothing but bad luck with products from Canadian Tire. You tend to stock low end products. I bought a popcorn popper which broke after 3 months, no returns, no replacement. I also bought security lights for our back yard which stopped working after 2 months.
Because of this $25. loss, we are not purchasing anymore
products from your store. The customer service is terrible.
We will go at least 6 months or a year before going to the Brooks store
again. We will eat the $25. loss but will learn our lesson that
you do not have a good store.
