East Side Mario's

I have been going to this location for years but it has changed hands recently and now the servers with long hair do not have their hair tied back or up and this is disgusting. If I get a hair in my food I gag and have stopped going to this location because of this.
Is there no rule anymore about long hair and having it in a ponytail or up or in a hairnet to avoid the chances of getting a hair in your food?
