i bought the nintendo dc only one day before .wheni open it was not the same thing i want to buy . the very next day i went to the store to exchange the product .but they refused to exchange the product very rudly .i am not a gennie to look inside before opening. they even dont have a sample i have a look before i buy.i return home with my son crying.even on the receipt there is a 30 day return policy.my product was as it is in original packing but they didnot return my purchase the very next day.so be careful before buying any thing from shoperdrugmart
