I visited Burger King located at White Plains Road, between 237 and 238 street in the Bronx, NY. I arrived at the store approximately at 6:10pm. After waiting online, with 2 people ahead of me, a very disgruntled cashier said to place all orders at the Kiosk despite a posted sign that said only debit and credit card orders are placed at kiosk. Finally, I placed my order and waited additional minutes. I received my food approximately at 6:50pm. I asked the cashier how much longer and she completely ignored me then proceeded to take fill the orders behind me. When I received my food it was very cold. Additionally, 2 other customers came in and when told to place their cash orders at the kiosk, they left.

This is a very large store with no customers. The single cashier was very rude. This customer service leaves much to be desired.
