Today I went to Burger King at 8101 Midlothian turnpike Richmond VA. I started to walk in and an employee pulled the handle at the same time and yelled "WE ARE CLOSED". I saw that the drive thru was long and no one at the window. I thought maybe it was a robbery, so I pulled around and was ready to call the police. I saw 2 employees standing outside talking. I asked why is the lobby closed, she screamed..."Because I have been here since 6AM". I'm not to sure why this was my fault. I guess they only had one employee working and she was very upset about it. I have never seen any restaurant with one employee. I'm sure this was by accident but still the others should not have left her alone. So, no Burger King for us. It was CRAZY!

Desired outcome: Get Help There And Try Being A Little Nicer!
