order not correct and company doesn't answer phone!
The store on Center St in Auburn, Maine won't answer their phone but goes to a fax sounding device. Last week I ordered Whopper with no lettuce or tomato. I asked for bacon, cheese and extra onions. plus onions rings and soda. Cost was $16 plus change. So the soda-coke was nothing but water seltzer, the Whopper had lettuce, tomato and half of piece of bacon. AND they gave french fries and no onion rings.

Was charged $14.18 for the impossible whopper. Your menu says it’s $$8.09. My Triple whopper was charged $13.88. Your menu says that it’s $9.09. Again the price was over charged on both sandwiches. On Saturday, Oct 21 at 2pm I was picking up my order at the 15 mile and mound Rd location in Sterling Heights MI. I heard someone yelling using profanity. Who I believe was a manager (?) who was arguing with someone on the other side of the counter. The manager yelled "Get you Mother F...ing White [censored] out of here." Highly racist comment coming from who I believe to be Middle Eastern.
I asked the female at the window if he was management and she shook her head yes, seeming to be afraid. I could not hear the customer because he was behind the wall. Then the Burger King Manager said, "I'm right here, you want a piece of me, I'll come F... you up and then I'll come F... your wife and your f...ing children while you watch." He then went around the counter and the two were shouting back and forth. The severity of this person's comments are severe enough to have me forward this information to the District Attorney and FBI. Thank you.

Went through the drive thru this morning with my daughter and the cashier at the window (Lillian) was beyond rude. No greeting, snatched the card out of my hand, I said are you ok as she jumped towards me and replied ya are you?! What in the world? Maybe she thinks her roll is in fight club but professionalism is definitely lacking. Hire better. Train better. Not going back for the drama. She’s probably not how you want your company represented.
Desired outcome: Hire employees that make customers feel comfortable and wanting to return.
Missing food / no refund
I ordered $33 worth of food on their app and upon getting to the location to pick the food up was told they were out of a specific item I had ordered and I would need to replace the order there and have the online one refunded. They offered me a $10 coupon and no refund. I spent $33 and got NO food and NO refund. There is no real person you can talk to for customer service and now no way to get my money back.

Slow is bad enough. But not getting an order right? You need an Area Director in your Wixom store in Novi Michigan! My brother used to come in their 2 times a week, and now for a month every time he orders it is never right. I even called your home office, but no one even takes a phone call? You are the 2nd largest fast-food industry in the World! If you do not care about your customers, we sure as hell do not care about you anymore! My brother has been robbed from this store about 30 dollars so far just this month! Someone needs their [censored] kicked to wake them up from there sleep!

Poor service and order was wrong 3 times.
Ok on October 13 2023 my friend and i stopped in at Burger King #6998 at approximately 2:34 pm to get some lunch. So we both got whoppper jr meals add cheese. The store only 3 or 4 people working. The cashier took our order and never gave us our cups so we could get our drinks while we waited on our meals. 30 minutes went by no food. 1 hour went by still no food. Everybody else after us were getting their meals. So finally a girl came up front and asked me what did we get and i showed her the receipt. She took off with it. Finally we got our meals and they were cold. So my friend took the tray of food back up to the counter and told them our food was cold could they make it over. By that time the whole store was covered with customers. So we waited and waited for our meals. Once again we finally got them back and they had put the wrong stuff on it and didnt put the cheese on it. So this is the second time they had to fix our food. So we get our food back once again and it was cold again. My friend went up to the counter and started fussing about our food and it was the third time they had to fix our food and she wanted her money back. Little did we know that there were 5 or 6 more people standing in line waiting to get a refund on their food as well. My friend got so upset that she almost had a stroke in the restaurant. The Burger King we were at was 191 Jones Street Lavonia Ga 30553. We have never had a problem there before with our food. I understood they were short staffed but dang it was ridiculous. I pray you can at least give us something for our dramatic experience. My friend was so upset after that.
