Burger King Bogo

You have a BOGO... Well I went to the burger king in Shippensburg pa today and ordered a BOGO Whopper n chicken fries.
I did not get anything free unless ur flipping whopper is 8.00 or the fries are 8.00 because that's what I was charged! Where or what the hell was the free item?
I want reimbursed.. Or Free food

Burger King App

I have contacted Burger King corporate about this before and they didn't seem to care. My app sends for a code and tells me to go to the email and the code never comes. it's been doing this for more than a year. So therefore my app is worthless which means I miss out on all their specials. Codes seem to be important but they do not ever come, never. Not even in a week!

Desired outcome: get the app where I can use it. Why sign on every single time anyway?

Burger King Customer service

I entered Burger King lobby last week, Monday I believe it was, around 11:30a. Since Missoula does not make masks mandatory anymore, I entered without a mask. A young gentleman met me at the register desk and I proceeded to give my order. After I concluded, the associate said "You are not wearing a mask, so we cannot help you." Then walked away. A couple days later, I was doing Doordash at the same time. I received a fare from BK and since masks are not required anymore in the city, I did not have one with me. Instead of going into the lobby, I went through the drive through. The same man told me I cannot get this order, I had to go into the lobby. I just left and cancelled my pickup.

Desired outcome: Inform the associates that customers are not their enemies

Burger King Gift Card for BK

I went to our local Burger King at 6544 N. 76th St, Milwaukee. I have a gift card that comes from Microsoft on a sheet of paper with a long code number. Apparently the people there do not know who to enter this information into the register. As a result, the cashier gave me a hard time and would not take my gift card, saying it was not a legitimate gift card. I worked hard to get this card and every time that I would use one there, they did not understand how it worked! I am getting sick and tired of this happening. Who trains these people? I know it is a long number to enter, but I still should be able to use it.

Desired outcome: Train the workers properly to enter gift cards!

Burger King Frozen Fanta Drink

There is a sign less than 10 feet from the order taking speaker which advertises frozen Fanta and coke drinks 16 ounces for $1.00 .This is the second time I have tried to order this drink only to be informed that it is no longer available .
I requested to speak to the manager at the window and asked him why he did not remove the sign .he stated that he had no responsibility for outside the store .
I then was served by a very surly employee who handed me a Fanta when I explained that I had originally ordered a frozen Fanta but since they did not have it I had changed to a coke . He very unwilling made the change .
I am a fast food franchise owner and understand the difficulty of hiring a good crew . I would however suggest that you train your managers a little better and empower them to situations where ever occurring at your stores . Surly employees reflect very badly on your organization.

Burger King whopper

About a month ago I went to Burger King In south Portland Maine near the maine mall I ordered a whopper And firstly I was shocked it cast $6.50, and secondly it was cold had browning lettuces and generally tasted terrible, it also gave me diarrhea . I am dissatisfied. I would like a refund or a coupon for a free whopper at a different location.

Burger King Cold food

Every time I visit the Canyonville Oregon location, at 180 Gazely Bridge Road, I go to the drive up, in the afternoons, they are busy, and my food is Always cold, now once I can understand but always, how long does this food sit there anyways. I have always liked Burger King, the food is good, its a close location, and the prices are not bad, but if I cannot get hot food, I will have to drive further away to McDonalds.

Burger King Drive thru service at Shenandoah pa

This restaurant service is horrible! You are repeatedly waiting in line for 10 to 15 minutes just to order! Love your Jalapena bites and would buy them everyday if not for the extended wait! I am told over and over again "one minute please" but have to resort to horn honking, asking to be served! Then excuses, " sorry I'm only one person trying to do three peoples jobs!" This is unacceptable. This is the furthest thing from FAST food ever!

Burger King Hygiene products

So sad at this location there is no tomatoes no toilet paper and no soap in restrooms. Do they even have soap in the kitchen area or are they not washing their hands? And it's not even busy right now very sad. It would be sad if health department inspectors were to come in to tables are also dirty stains all over them. Mostly upset to no veggies in the building come on now!

Desired outcome: Someone to inspect before health department comes in.

Health department doesn't inspect for toilet paper soap or vegetables. They inspect for debris and infestation.

They need to get things prepared ahead of time and if you run out of stuff go to Walmart not even 1/2 mile away. I should’ve called health department.

Burger King The burger king app has never worked

At this particular burger king they closed the doors and are only using drive thru. Thats unaccetable. I spoke to manager and she didnt give a good answer. Its the burger king @ 12371 s orange blossom trail in orlando, fl 32837. Also the app has never worked at this location. At times service has been really slow which im assuming its lack of workers.

Burger King Store Refused to Serve the drive thru PM When Open

We arrived at the Burger King restaurant May 23, 2021 at approximately 9:50 PM. We left at 10:10pm without receiving service or a response. The sign on the Burger King store said that they close at 11 PM Sunday night.

We saw a man sweeping the floor inside and another man hiding behind the grill. Our eyes met and he still did not respond when I knocked on the window, nor did they respond when we spoke loudly to the intercom in the drive-through and we honked several times and they still didn't respond. We first spoke in a much quieter tone. A delivery driver for door dash also was trying to get service and he told us it's a very bad Burger King try Wendy's across the street they're much better

Burger King Service and company app

Waited in line for 15 min trying to get the app to work but it did not come up, got to the window and got out of line and got back in line again still trying to get the app to work still nothing, got back to the window and wanted to get one of the app specials but they cannot ring it up without the app or what ever, just got a set of 3 of everything I ordered and 1 soda payed full price no special, (thanks for nothing) got home and missing 1 of my fries I am really happy by now. Things have worked fine in the past but today was frustrating

Usually this is an issue with you cellphone provider or your cellphone itself. I doubt it was Burger King's issue.

On May 21 2021 at 10:3pm, my husband and I went through the drive-thru at the Burger King #1693 located on 6003 s. Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando Florida 32809 (order 89) We ordered 6 bacon cheeseburgers and 3 chicken jr and paid $9 plus taxes. Our order came up short! We only received 2 chicken jr burgers but we paid for 3. It's not right that we paid for something that we didn't receive.

Burger King Veggie burger

I ordered a veggie burger
I got a pice of bread with maniose and no patty
I called them as soon I noticed but was already on freeway
I gave them my number and they never called back a few weeks later went back and they say they could not give a burger I was mad and will not go there again
I think it was the punk kids in the back making them
Sevice sucked also

I have been going to Burger King on hwy 20 beck drive in Waterford 3 or 4 times a week and lately they have gone down hill. Lately I was told I could order food up to $15 only. That is not possible when you have a family with you. Today I was told they could not serve sandwiches as there was only one worker and he could only do fries, drinks or dessert...

Burger King Price of food rip off

I have never complained however I was traveling and stopped with my husband At 327 Ruby Road Wilmington, Ct. I neededto pay $22.00 for lunch when I can pay $3.79 for a bacon cheeseburger is ridiculous plus $2.79 for a small ice tea. I am sending you a copy of my receipt. All items are over priced and I would like a refund. We visit Burger King in Vernon, NJ and it's half the cost. Just sad. Ty! Dawn Chase
