Formal Complaint: Financial Misconduct and Unauthorized Holding of Funds
​"I am filing a formal complaint against BTCC and MoonPay regarding an unresolved transaction of 1,000 USDT (Order ID: TE260307V04840).
​Despite providing full proof of payment from my bank, BTCC claims they have not received the funds and directs me to MoonPay, while MoonPay ignores my support tickets (#[protected]). Both parties are refusing to take responsibility or resolve this issue. This constitutes a breach of service and financial misconduct. I request an immediate investigation and the crediting of my account. Attached are all proofs of transfer and the chat logs showing the companies' refusal to assist."
