I am lodging a formal complaint against BrightCHAMPS for corporate fraud, breach of contract, and extremely unprofessional behavior.
We subscribed and paid the full fees for our son, Yassin Ahmed Essa, based on a clear contractual agreement with their sales team. The explicit condition was that he would be placed in a learning group taught by a native Arabic speaker (Teacher Mohamed Al-Saleh, who conducted the trial session). Instead, the company completely breached the contract and assigned an Indian teacher who does not speak Arabic. When we formally objected, they ignored our agreement again and replaced him with another Indian teacher, which we strictly rejected.
We did not take even a single course session! For over a week, we have been demanding our rightful refund. Instead of solving the issue, their support team chose to completely ignore all our messages and refuse to respond. To make matters worse, they officially BLOCKED our accounts on Facebook and Instagram just to censor us and hide their failure.
This is pure fraud and theft of customer money. We have already filed a formal dispute with Tabby to stop all future transactions, and we will not stay silent about this corporate scandal."
An immediate FULL REFUND processed in their system, and an official apology for their unprofessional behavior and blocking our accounts.
