My Uncle went to Brighten Dental in Houston Texas off Cullen Blvd and he has a Dual Snap so he never had to pay for any thing. He had Devoted with $3000 limit on dental. We verified everything before I took him over. Everything was covered. My uncle went into a nursing facility and I started getting a $911 bill from them saying they did not get paid. I contact the Insurance Devoted and they said they got paid. This company is ripping off senior citizens by double charging them. I sent them my POA and then they turned my uncle account over to a collection agency to avoid my phone calls. I am writing because this is harrasment to and fraud to a senior citizen.
Claimed loss: Harrasment and he should be compusated for this issue
Desired outcome: Remove the bill from his credit and pay his for the damages. He was trying to buy a car and this bill drop his credit score. They will not send him any bills.
