Bloomex review: Terrible communication

Ordered flowers to be delivered 4/6, paid extra $20. 1st prob was told order was not complete, but they still deducted $ from my acct., was supposed to get delivery confirmation, never got it except the next day got it only after I emailed them to see if they were indeed delivered. Then the next day after delivery was already made, received an email that they were promptly working on my order. Asked for my $20 extra delivery fee be credited and they said they couldn't. But they said they'd give $20 credit for my next order. There will not be a next order. I'm sticking with 1800flowers. If I could rate "negative", I would!
