Hi,
I was supposed to have a flower delivery sent to my mum as she grieves her mother that has passed away. The order had not arrived on the day i wanted it to but a day late 21/4/26. The flowers did not come anything like the photo. Also received was Black and gold branded Scotch finger Biscuits which I was not satisfied about. This was supposed to be a time of grieving, yet I am now unhappy.

My Order number is : 2538478

Desired outcome: I would like to request a refund or a partial refund for my order.
